My husband and I recently purchased a home and a few days before closing, our home insurance pulled out on us last minute. Through our realtor, we were eventually introduced to Domingo Ramos from TCS and he was able to help us find a policy that matched our needs - and quickly. We couldn’t have closed on our house without his help. He was very friendly, easy to get a hold of, and a pleasure to work with. It was a very stressful time for us so we really appreciated everything he did for us!

I have a terrible driving record right now and these guys hooked me up quickly (my registration was going to be suspended within a couple days) and with what proved to be a very competitive price (egads insurance is high right now, and if you didn’t have it already, good luck…cause you might not get it). With the service I got, we’re going to shop at TCS for the wife’s auto insurance too, and see if bundling homeowners for our three houses along with the auto insurance for both of us to see if TCS can get us a better price. I had purchased a somewhat unusual vehicle only to find out the day before I was to pick it up that my auto insurance company would not insure it. I called up TCS Insurance Brokers a little after 4pm on a Friday to see what might be possible. I spoke with Domingo, who was very helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. In less than an hour he had several options for me to choose from. I was thrilled, but that was not yet the end of the story.
Domingo really went above and beyond by checking on my policy early the next morning (Saturday) on his own time, and letting me know that it had been approved and making sure that I had received my proof of insurance cards.

I decided to try TCS years ago after reading reviews about them. People seemed really happy with them, and I was looking to switch insurance companies. I’m very happy I gave them a try. I’ve been with TCS ever since and everything has been super easy with them. I feel like they really take care of me and my concerns and they are always very fast to respond to any questions I have. They really are great and work so hard to provide me with exactly what I need. I’m very, very happy with them and highly recommend TCS!

Domingo's team is the best. I've been doing all of my business insurance and personal with him for over 7 years. Domingo has always explained to me the why and how of things on my polices can help or affect my business and personal life if i don't have the right coverage. Recently we received notice that our insurance company would not renew our home owner policy due to the risk of wildfires in our area. (The CZU fire was more than 2 years ago!) I contacted a couple of local insurance brokers looking for alternate insurance, but after two weeks they had not come up with a solution. I think they had sent out requests and were waiting for companies to respond. None had, and our anxiety was rising!

Quite by luck I found Total Customer Satisfaction Insurance Brokers in Tracy CA. I discussed our problem with Brian Schilling, one of their brokers. After taking some basic information, he called back with a proposal the next day! We were surprised and relieved by his quick response! Like the other agents he had not found a standard home policy available in our area. It turned out that we would need both a scaled back Home policy (DIC) and a fire policy from the CA Fair program. Although the combined cost is much higher, thanks to his care and ability in explaining the options, I was not as overwhelmed by the increase in premium as I might have been.

We had combined Home and Auto policies and I send Brian the declarations for them in the hope that he might find similar combined coverage, perhaps at a discount. The next day he called back and had found Home and Auto policies that were better than what we had at the time, and that would save us money, partly offsetting the high cost of the CA Fair policy. We fine tuned the CA Fair policy deductibles and limits to bring the price down. Now, a week later, we have new combined Home and Auto coverage with wildfire coverage that is $1000 more than we were paying, but not the $3000 more we would be paying if Brian hadn’t done the work to find the best solution possible for us! And best of all, we can breath easy again!

Tcs has first class service. Everything was broken down and explained to us so we were able to understand the complete policy. They were able to provide us with better coverage and save us money! Highly recommend.

These people are from some sort of fairy tale; I never imagined I could get service this good.

I never leave reviews, but for the level of service I received it would have been heresy not to. I worked with Brian who fought for me with various carriers for _weeks_ to land a very difficult kit car policy. All other brokers I'd started with had long dropped me while Brian was still out there getting me the best policy possible. Not only did he fight for me, but kept me updated, proposed alternative routes, and followed up diligently if I was slow to respond.

I'm not going to waste my time with anyone else from here on out; I've found my insurance neverneverland.

Brian and his team at TCS Insurance Brokers went above and beyond in helping my husband and I qualify our home for regular insurance and stay away from the FAIR Plan. In doing so we are able to save thousands of dollars and a bunch of headaches. We now can keep living happily in Aromas California while enjoying the beauty & wilderness around.
