Service was bad! Rude lady! Didn't like her stinking attitude. She doesn't do a good job on alteration. It takes a long time for pick up.. Hate it.. Just wasn't satisfying result.. Wish it could have been handled differently and the approach should have been friendly.. I would not recommend it all.. Charge way too expensive!!

The woman I spoke to was so rude!! All I ask was for a simple hem done on a dress before wedding this weekend. This woman barely looked at me, and very rudely said “no”. Terrible customer service. I will NEVER spend money here!

Just relocated from Livermore, new to Tracy and decided to try Tracy Valley Cleaners. Trust the reviews and stay away, go anywhere else. I echo the previous customer service comments. Save significant $'s and don't even give this business any business, trust me on this one, I should have given more weight to previous reviews.
