Had an emergency situation.....needed to get a shirt ironed for my son who was to be in a video shoot. My iron broke!!! I ran to Tracy Valley Cleaners and it was ironed for me immediately. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I have always received nothing less than excellent service!!!

I've been taking my clothes to Tracy Valley Cleaners for the last couple of years and never had an issue.
Clothes always come back looking great, sometimes looking brand new, no strange chemical smell, and decent prices.

They did a good job had some Curtains and my husband's jackets taken up and they did a good job.

This was the last place I wanted to try and so far, they do a good job. If not, I would have went back to the bay area

No good customer service even the owner was at front desk, been going to them last couple year and had the complaint 1st time ask them to Re do but the owner said No. dress was smelling bad, didn’t even wear it for one time after the dry cleaning.

Dropped off several shirts after being quoted $2 per shirt on the phone - they charged me $3.50 per shirt. One of the shirts I brought in had an oil stain, which I showed them when I dropped it off. They decided to package all the shirts together in a single plastic wrap, and that stain then spread to a brand new shirt that they packaged it with, ruining it. I won't go back.

This place is terrible and will not admit their mistakes fear of paying for damages to my wife's Burberry raincoat. I know a bit about dry cleaners, my parents and my brother owns and still operates one in Queen NYC.
Any they left spots of grease mark on a burgundy color coat. This happened when they use dirty oil. The chemical called Perchloroethylene(PER) is used in Dry Cleaning. This is a very soft chemical less solvent than water that needs to be cleaned daily. They are nice to you until you bring a problem to their attention. I really don't care if they didn't want to pay the damage it was their attitude ticked me off.
