I’ve been only having renters insurance with S.F for some time and decided to brows car insurance. Spoke with Maria and she made this whole entire process extremely smooth! Very patient; made sure I understood every single detail, friendly and knowledgeable.

The representative assisting me was named Veronica, she was very kind and helpful in adding my new vehicle into my insurance plan. I miss typed the vin and they handled it very well and patiently over the text assistance option. This has made my experience very nice as it was convenient for me to text as I was at work and responded when I got the chance.
