They now have this area called " Back Stage " on the 2nd floor it's awesome has low prices saw $9⁹⁹ on some items 12/11/22: Marines picking up Toys for Tots💞 9/9/23 had to take pictures of the sunset today looked so pretty as I was leaving the store. 9/16/23 Bought the coach new perfume smell " LOVE " it smells really really good has notes of 🍓 strawberry very nice.

Manager working today (October 26) around 330PM for kids' backstage toys section is an amazing person. Spent 10 minutes with lead of that area without getting my point accross but Manager and one of the team member working at register in kids toys section were very helpful. Hire more people like the Manager and lady at till and avoid hiring robots like the lead who didn't wanted to listen or understand and instead was just circling around one point.

Bought my grandaughters school clothes all for unbelievable price! Good sales, (always check the clearance section as well) she got 1pr pajamas, 1 sweater, 1 top, 4 outfits (top & bottom)$50.

Me and my wife went over-there for MK bag but we got long time wait about 45 minutes no attendance at bag sec last minute Maria came and help us she is so nice but she is sick any way her humble ness appreciated

Very nice! Lots of discounts. Just please hire more than ONE employee for shoe department c'mon!12/13/18 there was only one girl its Shoes!! People always need help bringing their size from stock u can't just have one worker! LoL Good favorite brands and let's not mention perfumes are the best, Just not exactly discounts on makeup or fragance except for gift sets.. but its fine i guess Product shown Urban decay was 21$ ❤🎄

Great customer service. Went to Macy's to get one thing which they didn't have but I ended up buying something else, paying more than I planned, and Great customer service did it all. Unfortunately, Real customer service is a lost art. Nothing like Great customer service that can turn a bad day into a "life isn't so bad" moment. I want to thank the Queen that helped me and the two Millennials. One that helped me spend more money and the one that let me out the building. They both gave me hope for the future as they worked on the late shift in the men's department on a Monday night.

I love to shop at Macys. Branded items but the price is reasonable. I also have rewards that I earn every time I shop. A lot of Sale items every month. They also have Macys backstage at the store where I find a lot of brand items but the prices are low. Customer service are excellent

I had not been to Macy's in a while, but, I am so glad I did. You can't beat a bargain. My shopping experience was awesome. I found everything I needed for a birthday girl, under one roof. Thank you Macy's for all your hard work.

My macys credit card had never cane in the mail and with the holidays approaching I've was looking forward to using it for gift buying, however, left with with no choice I went into Macy's to purchase my items using their computers and customer service. The lady who've helped me unferstood my situation and had the patience to help me through the process to type each item out and oder them for my. Super nice lady. Service felt genuine and my orders was 100% complete.

Great bed sale going on now! Till the 17th of April, I think they said. The lady who helped me did a great job helping me find the right bed for me. Thank you! I wish I could remember her name but it's not showing up on my paperwork.

Pleasant easy to find the registers except for the restrooms I could only find the woman's restroom I turned around looked at every other wall & corner of the store no other sign of men's restroom it did look like the men's restroom was being worked on so I ran into the woman's restroom I'm glad no women were in there I had an urgent emergency I had no other option so I called my wife she was down stairs I said honey get up here I need you to help me out of here in case any women come in and women did come in all the while my wife is guarding My stall funny huh well I don't want to do that again they really need to get the men's restroom fixed or easy to locate I don't know the store as well as I thought I do remember the restrooms being upstairs but don't where the men's restroom is still a mystery to me .

How late or early I am at looking for the outfits or shoes that my family needs for any occasion, Macy's got it. Always right colors, always right sizes... anytime everytime. Profesional and friendly staff, price is reasonable.... recommend Macy anytime to anyone...

Thank you to the customer service person, Yilenia, who helped me and my wife. In the beginning she was a bit rude but change her tune. Guess she was having a bad day, But realize the action and her ways with us, in the end we struck a good conversation.
Good job for acting professional with us, if I was a recruiter zip would pick her and hire her, after all we are all human.
