My experience was positive. I was late for 5 days due to road closure in Reno but they accepted me and unloaded within 1 hour

So nice here. And fast with getting you loaded and out the door. This place is really small though but definitely able to make it in the hole.

I was 2 hours early so I knew I'd have to wait a while. But it's a fast place. The guy in shipping moved a trailer out after one truck was loaded and then the truck of me got that spot and I got the spot where the trailer was. In gate and back out just over an hour. Girl on guard shack sure was cute. Like she was excited to be there.
Great staff. They don't ask it. Drivers get off your lazy butts and slide the tandems back.

Second time here; both times arrived 30mins early. They still got me in a door as soon as possible. Have to pull three employee parking lot across from dock to back in. Smells like blueberries. Forklift personal is the office/check/paper work people. Very nice kind and polite.

From check in to unload, I was in and out in one hour. Gate personnel and shipping/receiving were all very friendly and professional. I don’t understand why people are complaining about the difficulty of backing into this place. It’s real simple. Pull into the car parking lot, and straight back to the dock.

I was two hours early for my appointment. Guy in receiving said back into this dock and I’ll try to get you out as soon as I can and he did.

I went to do a delivery and they unloaded you fast.

Good place to deliver. Just make sure to be there on time slide your tandems back. I was empty in 1.5 hrs

Loading there is usually quick. The shipping people are pleasant to work with.

Very nice guy in receiving done a quick unload and I was rolling again not long there.

THEIR FRUIT BASKET IS TO DIE FOR AND THE FOCACCIA BREAD SIMPLY MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH! NEXT TIME THAT I'M IN THAT AREA, I'LL MAKE IT A POINT TO VISIT! THANK YOU SO MUCH
