I have been at Bay Area Tax ever since they took over Draper and Forester which might have been 15 or more years ago. Although it may take a day or two to get response to email, someone is usually available in the office to take your call for you to leave a message as well. The one star ratings on here are bogus - most people never even used them and left one star. You want to be ripped off and pay more then go elsewhere. Dorothy now does my companies business tax return because I trust her and she does a great job.

We did our annual tax planning with bay area tax and we are satisfied with the result and professional service. Professional and friendly

I met with Dorothy two days ago.

She seemed to know her stuff, especially for "small potatoes" audits, for which she only charges about $100.

The most unprofessional place on the planet. Couple of Mickey mouse characters running this place. Left my tax records with them since February. After calling many times, they still don't know when it is ready. I don't think they'll be around next year.

Would not dare to even start with them.

Trying to call them for a month and no one picks up the phone and no answering machine for someone to leave a message.
