It was Luna’s 1st visit since we moved to Tracy. Over all experience from the time we checked in to the time we spent with the Doctor to the time we checked out was absolutely wonderful. The staff took the time to make sure we have all the forms/documents we needed. Doctor Jeanna (I apologize, I forgot her last name) is wonderful. She answered every question I had and even explained further into the choices I might have for Luna. The tech (again I apologize, I didn't get her name) who helped us checked out in the exam room instead of the front desk because there was another dog and she wanted to make sure Luna doesn't get nervous. The best part of the visit was the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the Doctor. I came in for the 2nd opinion re: Luna’s spinal issue. She reviewed all the documents from the previous doctor we went to and gave us her professional opinion along with reading materials for me to take home. She did all this without bashing or "trash" talk the other office's doctor's assessment. I truly appreciate her professionalism and thoughtfulness in our visit yesterday. The wait for this visit was 2 weeks but it's worth it. I'm hoping every visit from now is just like the one we had yesterday. Thank you Tracy's Vet Clinic doctor and staff!

Great front office staff. Very courteous and kind. Took Missy back right away knowing she is aggressive towards little dogs. She had a teeth cleaning done and they now look awesome. Vet called and give up dates right away. She did a wonderful job. Missy is back home happy and eating. Thank you so much ladies.

This vet office treats you like family! I have been to most of the other vets in my 30 years of living in Tracy. The vets gave always been amazing and caring. The newest vet is just as amazing. She takes the time to tell you what’s going on and what is in B the best interest of your 4 legged baby. The staff is also amazing and greet you with a smile.

Dr. Villacarte was the most efficient, detailed, knowledgeable vet I have seen in a very long time. She examined my dogs entire body, concerned about weight, diet, other issues that were not primary reason for the appointment. She was clear on the overall treatment plan, gave options, starting with the least expensive treatment first. I see her continuing on, making Tracy Veterinary Clinic the historic pet clinic that it has been since Dr. Makino opened in the 60’s., followed by Dr’s. Mattison and Atchison. Hurray for the pets in Tracy with Dr. Villacarte treating them!

We just had a great experience boarding our doggy here for a week. He was well taken care of and seemed to have a great time. He also received a complimentary bath while there. The staff is so sweet and assured me he would be okay. I guess my only thing would be we had to drop him off 2 days early and pick him up a day later ( at no extra charge) bc they were low on staff. It wasn't really an issue I just felt bad for my pup because he had to be there longer. I will use them again if we need to board our pup again.

The grooming department of Tracy Veterinary Clinic was professional and prompt in their services. The Groomer is polite and listens to how my dog was to be groomed and did so to my satisfaction. Very good!

My first and only experience with Tracy Veterinary clinic thus far was a good one. I was in need of boarding my dog for a few days and despite the short notice they were very accommodating. I really appreciated the kind, helpful staff. I haven’t had a chance to work with they’re vet yet but I wouldn’t hesitate to do so. They took good care of me and my dog.

We've been clients at Tracy Vet Clinic since 2009, for our 3 dogs. Two babies unfortunately are not with us today, but Charly still is and he gets lots of love and attention from them. I am still happy with their professional care and welcoming warmth after all these years. It feels like family!

I cannot say enough good things about the staff and veterinarians at Tracy Vet Clinic. The front staff is responsive and helpful. They try to work with me to find times for appointments as well as do several follow ups post visit to see how my fur babies are doing. The Vet staff is incredible. They are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Anytime they can, they try to offer a less expensive solution or a “let’s start here and see if this works first”. I have brought several fur babies here and I continue to be impressed with how great they all are. Definitely recommend!!

The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel welcome even when they’re busy. They always treat my senior dog with such loving care. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences in our time using their services.

The staffs here are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile! They provide excellent customer service and I have had very positive experiences. I am glad that I found this great hospital for my little poochie 👍👍

Absolutely love Tracy Veterinary Clinic! We are fairly new clients, just under 3 years, and compared to our previous vet, the difference is like night and day. All around wonderful staff and we've never had any issues with how all 3 of our dogs are treated. Country veterinary atmosphere, we love it!

I have been using Tracy Veterinary Clinic for approximately 30 years. The newest Veterinarian, Dr Villacarte treated my dog most recently. Like the Doctors in the past, especially Dr Matteson, she was very detailed and compassionate in taking care of my dog's needs. I should also give a shout out to Stephanie and Sue who have also been there a long time and always take care of our needs as well. Thank you to the entire staff.

I appreciate the time the vet took to discuss the issues my aging dog was having. By talking things through, we were able to identify a most likely cause without having to resort to a battery of expensive tests and scans.

Our first time with Social Distancing protocol so we sat in our car while all 3 of our dogs were examined. I'm going to say I really like this method. The care that all our dogs have received over the last 20+ years has always been top notch and compassionate. Thanks to all the staff for taking care of some pretty important pets for us!

I have been taking my dog to get groomed ever since I heard they started offering the service. I love her groomer. She is super friendly, answers any questions I have promptly, and always provides what the client wants. I truly recommend this place especially if your dog gets nervous when it's time to get groomed. She is fear free certified.🐕

Kayleigh is the sweetest, most patient pet groomer out there. My super anxious dog loves her and actually loves to go get a bath and grooming from her. She's so happy to see Kayleigh she actually starts begging to get out of the car when we arrive. We have moved away from Tracy, but I'm having trouble finding anyone as awesome as Kayleigh. Until I do, I'll keep driving back to Tracy.

Everyone in the office wore masks, it was clean, and I felt safe. I was able to get a drop in appointment for my dog who was not feeling well. The vet I saw was very easy to speak with. I felt like she listened to me and asked good questions. She explained everything in a way I could understand. I went in fully expecting to have to sedate my dog as he is not easy to manage and does not like being examined or held down for shots. The doctor was able to give my dog a shot with my help in holding him. She was very careful to wait until the right moment so he was poked more than once. She was very patient with my dog, even though he was growling at her from pain and confusion and she spoke reassuringly to my dog afterwards. I was not made to feel like a bad dog owner just because my dog does not handle pain/ restraint and treatment well. For me this is invaluable because the last way I want to feel when my dog is sick is like I am a bad dog owner because my dog has emotions. I felt their prices were fair and they did not try and up-sell me anything. I would go back to their office. I only was in the office due to my dog needing restraint, otherwise they are picking up animals from the cars and following all proper procedures.

Dr. Claire Brownstone is amazing! Very helpful and friendly, full of information. My cat has had a heart murmur for a few years now and I finally feel informed. Dr. Brownstone chatted with me for about 15 minutes and answered numerous questions. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable as well. The receptionist Sue is great!
