Yes, yes, yes to Swain Cleaners! I've had alterations done here on several, formal garments and each time they did a perfect job! They are fast and on time! The end product makes up for the mediocre customer service at this location. Their sister store is Clean Xpress on March Lane. The owner works at this location and is absolutely delightful! I've been a repeat customer since 2000.

Recently I took my wedding gown in to be cleaned and preserved. It turned out perfect. The train was filthy from dragging. They managed to make it perfect.

I had a suit altered here that I needed done in short notice. With some convincing, they agreed to rush it. The suit fit perfectly, and the quality looks fantastic. Couldn't be more pleased .

I had My all white Puff jacket cleaned previously at Park Wood Cleaners and I settled when they not only didn't get my makeup stain out but made it bigger. Over time my jacket had got a little bit dirty around the wrist and elbows. So I take it in to Swain Rd Cleaners based on reviews I read. Boy am I glad I did. My jacket looks like I just bought it. They even got the stain out that park wood cleaners created. And not to mention their customer service. I will definitely be a returning customer, I'm still in disbelief how good my jacket looks!
