My return home was made exceptionally special, thanks to a surprise lunch date at Lei Garden, orchestrated by my thoughtful husband right after picking me up from the airport. This gesture, combined with the joy of seeing my beloved dog and spouse again, was wonderfully augmented by the promise of indulging in Lei Garden’s unparalleled dim sum - a culinary highlight we always look forward to.

Lei Garden has cemented its place in our hearts as the ultimate destination for quality dim sum. The restaurant’s commitment to excellence is evident in every dish served. Our favorites were presented steaming hot, a testament to their freshness and the kitchen’s dedication to delivering the best dining experience. The flavors were as comforting and delightful as ever, making each bite a reminder of why we keep coming back.

A noteworthy instance of their exemplary service occurred when, in my jet-lagged state, I mistakenly wrote a $200 tip on the bill. Demonstrating honesty and integrity, the staff promptly found us at the door to verify the amount. This act of kindness and honesty was deeply appreciated and speaks volumes about the character of Lei Garden’s team.

We went to Lei Garden to celebrate Chinese New Year - Year of the Dragon. The restaurant was full and very loud. To be expected, as everyone was there to celebrate. The menu was great. Food quality was top tier. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. If you are looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant, this is a wonderful choice.

This was one of the best Chinese meals I've had in the US. Amazing and authentic. Stepping in and tasting the food, it's as if I've been transported back to Asia.

Of course don't expect any exemplary service or any small talk here. Service is akin to restaurants in Hong Kong. The manager, server and chefs speak Cantonese. That's how you know it's legit.

We came all the way here for their dim sum. To my surprise, I just had the most authentic taste of HK dim sum I have tried in California yet.
After trying their dim sum, I could say this restaurant was the real deal. The price was okay for us as we compared them to the dim sum restaurants we have visited. Not that much difference but better taste.
The restaurant’s decorations tells you right away which cuisine you’ll be having. Very Chinese-looking!
The staff was fast and attentive. As long as you waved, you’re bound to get the attention of one waiter and they will try their best to fulfill your request even though they’re a bit understaffed.

It's the final day of the festival and I decided to come here for lunch. I really enjoyed their service, everything is at such a speed. The moment we arrived the front desk lady made us seated and the menu in hand. While we were seated she asked what we would like to drink and it was in no time right in front of us. We gave our order on the menu and in no time while we were sipping jasmine tea one by one the dishes came in. Literally it's like a factory line where everything is so synchronized that not a single fault as one moves the second will pick it up and hence customers enjoy the food while one by one the food is delivered at your table. I don't remember waiting for my food. Everything was so delicious that I was busy eating. My friend and I ordered dimsum, and the dessert, cute bunny coconut dessert was a good one and others, more to come in the pictures. You have to visit this place because few desserts they have which other dimsum places don't have. I highly recommend this place.

Yummmmm. All fresh ingredients. The shrimp was on point. The dumplings were soft where it should be and chewy where it should be. Service is awesome. Look at them cleaning up before seating the next table. Even vacuuming.

egg tart is amazing! I like shrimp rolls. Durian pastry is good too. Shrimp tofu is delicious. Wish they had stinky tofu.

Lei Garden is a great restaurant known for its fresh food. The menu has a lot of tasty options, and the quality of the food is excellent. We really enjoyed our meal there. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food, this place is a fantastic choice.

Came for dinner and enjoyed their Jasmine Tea, Mongolian Beef, Salt & Pepper Pork, Lei Vermacelli. Their fish in chili sauce needed more flavor. The service was excellent! Their bathrooms were very clean. Like extra clean. Lots of space between tables. They had lots of sanitizers everywhere. At the end instead of fortune cookies, they have our kids some sesame ball treat!

Cupertino has become a great place to have Asian food. This restaurant is an absolutely awesome Dim-sum place, with broad menu, efficient service, most of the information is in Chinese, but, even if you do t speak a word of Chinese, there is enough to English to know what you are doing. Everything is extremely fresh, each one of the dumplings we tried were great, not too fatty, the sweets not over-sweet. Simply a treat. I highly recommend it.

Authentic cantonese food, in a nice setting. Our kids love the free boiled peanuts and pickled cabbage. Try the daily soup, reliably delicious. They usually have fresh crab and lobsters, yummy in noodles. There are a good amount of vegetarian dishes. The staff, especially the main lady, are very friendly and remember our choices.

Always seated right away, but we come here at least 30 min after they open so get here early! Lots of tables but they and can get busy. You order from a paper menu where you can add how much you'd like to order for dim-sum.

Never disappointed in their food and customer service.

Came multiple times and tried most dim sum, I’d say it’s the perfect dim sum place for two people! Smaller portion but elegant!

Most steamers taste okay or average, nothing’s bad but also nothing surprisingly stands out. Portion of the steamers are kind of medium to small, would be fine for a smaller group of people.

I was craving for Chinese foods and this place has high reviews from other eaters. Well, we ordered porridge, deep fried tofu, steamed chicken claw, mixed seafood dumplings, shrimp and pork dumplings, shrimp rice rolls, pan fried stuff eggplants, and porridge. Good food, quick service, cleanliness, friendly staffs. We will come back again.

My favorite Cantonese restaurant in the Bay Area I love the duck, the soup, and shrimp dumplings.

Legit great Hong Kong dim sum (Hong Kong standard great). Heard about this place since moving to Bay Area, finally got chance to try it.

To get seat. Go to the back of restaurant, find the guy to write down name/no of people and have him give u a little paper with your number. Get busy after 11ish & before 1 am.

Top of the line Cantonese cuisine in South Bay. Friendly service crew at the front line and skilled chef behind the scene.

One of the best dim sum locations in the bay area! Their siu mai (pork, shrimp, and mushroom dumpling) is second to none in comparison to any of the other restaurants in the bay I've tried. Their hargow (shrimp dumpling) and lobo gao (turnip cake) are also very good, along with all the other normal staples of dim sum. They also have some unique creations that are very tasty; highly recommend the almond sesame balls, and char siu in the baked sweet bun!

Also a great spot for lunch or dinner, with a wonderful selection of seafood and other dishes. Recommend bringing friends and large parties here for entertaining, or even ordering catered amount of food for entertaining.

This fish is so far the best. It’s fresh and soft. It melts in your mouth. I like the vegetables there too. Definitely authentic Cantonese style
