I called to see if they have specific kids soccer gear in stock and happened to mention that I'd have my two young sons with me. When I arrived, they had already pulled multiple options in my son's shoe size to make it easier for me. The cashier also apply the discount I wasn't even aware of! Very kind, helpful service.

Big 5 is great! Get on their mailing list to get special coupons. They have lots of discounts and very nice products. They also carry firearms and ammo. The handguns are only .22 but the rifle selection is nice. They also get odd old rifles too. You can pick up a vintage collectors's piece for a great bargain sometimes there. The people working there are also very happy to help and fairly knowledgeable. The shoe section is pretty good as well with sales on shoes that are amazing.

We are big supporters for Big 5, we buy a lot from the Big 5 companies.
Always helpful, courteous and get asked if we need help. You can walk through, and see everything for sale, always clear, and clean. Always prompted on helping you in, and out the store with stuff you buy there.
Love their alerts on flash sales also.

Good prices and friendly staff. Where else can you get new shoes for $14.99 on sale. Love the variety of items in such a small place. I would come back and recommend.

Like most Big 5 stores, their selection is good and their prices are low. The gear they carry is not REI quality, but that is not why you would go to Big 5. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. They make an effort to appreciate the customer.

Great staff who are willing to help and call other stores to check item availability. They offer the same products as all other locations but the team at this location go above and beyond.

Came in at the last minute for an impromptu trip to the snow. Staff was very helpful even tho they were about you close. Used all the gear I got and my trip turned out awesome! Thanks guys!

What a great little sports store. Not large or imposing but just about right. Prices are possibly slightly higher than a Walmart but hey support a better company for its employees and come here instead
