What a wonderful meal, with a perfect view! I could live on this carrot soup forever. My only input would be to dial up the ginger and add fresh chives instead of infused oil. We also enjoyed the prime rib sliders and ask for extra horseradish! Last suggestion, list the fresh oysters on the menu! We almost didn't come because you only had the cooked ones on your menu. They were fantastic, and for folks looking for them, that can mean the difference between restaurants.

Awesome food, with great service... top notch in all areas. The manager was also a great guy who accommodated all of our needs!!! We can't wait to come back and stay again. No complaints whats so ever.

Had an absolutely wonderful time at the Sea Venture! Always blessed to dine here. My family hosted my college graduation party here and everything was outstanding-- the food, ambience, service, everything. Everyone loved their dishes and drinks, from seafood to salads to steaks. Simon was wonderfully accommodating and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed and was a delight to have around. Our server Shane personally ensured every single guest was happy with food and drinks flowing the entire night! They were both fabulous and treated everyone so well. Food was amazing and so tasty. Of course, the gorgeous view of the ocean is the cherry on top of a great day. 1,000/10 evening and event.

My husband and I ordered Fillet Mignon and Halibut they both are Outstanding! The service was excellent! Thanks for the wonderful experience, we will come back again for sure.

The server was excellent, and the food was good. The atmosphere was nice, starting in the elevator, then entering the restaurant and getting a good view of the ocean. The waiter, Chris, checked on us often and was friendly. Towards the end of our meal, the sun has almost set, and an employee opened all of the blinds so we got a brief beautiful moment of the sunset. It was special.

The creme brulee was excellent!

Started off with an order of crab cakes, which were very tasty. For entree, got a pistachio encrusted halibut with shrimp risotto, absolutely delicious. For dessert, cream brûlée, which was perfect. Amazing view of the beach and the sunset.

Visited for the first time with out of town guests and we were not disappointed! Great sunset & beach views on the outside patio, with heat lamps. Food was great, prices reasonable; Chris was a great waiter. We've been back many times with friends & family out of town. The food is consistently good, reasonably priced, the service is very good. One of the best Sunset View restaurants on the Central Coast.

We will definitely return. Arrived around 4:30 great ocean view. Meal fantastic. Service very quick. Kept a good watch over us for whatever we needed. Great find. Salmon is my fav. Brussels are amazing.

Food and service are impeccable. We had our Pismo Beach trip’s last dinner here and we were blown away by the awesomeness of the food and the excellent services. I have to say that I had my best meal in Pismo Beach at Seaventure Restaurant.

When we first went up to the 3rd floor where the restaurant is located, we had our doubts about the food as the restaurant looked a little bit dated. But once we were greeted with the nicest hostess, we started to feel a bit relief 😅. With the spectacular view of our window seat, we were ready to enjoy our dinner here.

The dinner choices were all seafood related. We ordered a sea-venture and Vol En Vent. These two dishes were amazing . The foods were delectable. I was so satisfied with my The Sea Venture dish which consisted of shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, salmon, sausage, saffron rice, and tomato fume. I have never had this good a saffron rice before, and was totally blown away with the flavor and texture.

My wife’s Vol En Vent was equally delicious. This gourmet seafood dish represented the best of what this restaurant has to offer. The presentation with the pastry and the flavor of the foods were all fabulous.

To top it off, the restaurant surprised us with their creme brûlée dessert to celebrate our anniversary. Our server was so friendly and kind. I regretted that I didn’t remember his name but he was the only one that’s bald 👩‍🦲.

Overall, we had a wonderful evening and ended our trip in Pismo Beach with a memorable anniversary dinner.

Shared an excellent meal with my wife. The staff was very attentive and not overwhelming. It was a very enjoyable experience.

Everything was perfect. My Ahi salad was the best I've tasted on the Central Coast. The wait staff were very attentive and accomodating. We never felt rushed. And, we had a beautiful evening sunset to enjoy.

Saw Three Martini Lunch playing in the bar. Great vibe, people dancing. I had a flat liner which was really good! My BF had a Manhattan which was so-so. We shared some roasted brussel sprouts which where the best I've ever had to date!

My wife and I went to this place for her birthday last night. We were impressed with the layout and location (right on the beach). Unfortunately it was night time so we didn’t get the full picture of it with the ocean but the sounds of waves crashing was very soothing. The wait staff was very nice and welcoming. Our waitress kiley was very nice throughout and didn’t forget a single thing we asked for and it arrived in a timely manner.
The menu is simple and it was tough to settle on just one thing.

Crab cakes( wife)
Apps came super quick and were cooked to perfection.
Entrees:
Ribeye( me)
Sea bass( wife)
Hands down best ribeye I’ve EVER had. I could use a butter knife to cut it, the butter complimented well and I thought my eyes were going to roll out of my head it was so good. The price is high but worth every penny.
Sea bass although was slightly overcooked the flavor profile was on point.
Deserts:
Free birthday creme brûlée
Perfect…all I can say about that. I’d come back just for drinks and creme brûlée

Thank you Chef Smeets for taking my wife and I on a culinary journey for her birthday. I would’ve loved to shake your hand in person but due to how late it was I’m sure you were busy clearing down and prepping to clock out. If you have a special day with special people this is the place to be. I have every faith they won’t disappoint.

Wow this place is really really amazing. It’s on the third floor right next to the ocean. Go just before sunset so you can watch a beautiful beach sunset. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. We showed up and didn’t have reservations but they still sent us at the bar which was just fine. If you’re in Pismo beach looking for a wonderful place to eat look no further this is it.

The servers here are very nice! Fast service! discount price. I love it here. Looking forward to seeing you next time.

This was a good experience, we came here for our dinner one night we stayed in Oceano and were not disappointed! The price was average to high for the area but the food was very good quality. Three of us got the vol au vent, an entré with puff pastry under a mix of lobster, scallops, and other sauces and fish(in the attached picture). It was splendid. I was not expecting this dish to be what it was and it was a good surprise! I recommend this restaurant, as being better than the others we went to for the most part. It in in the hotel on the top floor and the view was of the beach, with a beautiful and foggy sunset that night!

One of the best dinners I've had. Our waiter Chris was extremely polite and courteous. The quality of the food was perfect. After the fantastic cheese platter I enjoyed a fresh salmon. To conclude, one of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had.

Went to dinner with my wife, aunt, and uncle. We all enjoyed our meals. If you like seafood I recommend the Vol Au Vent. Very rich and flavorful.
