Big 5 in Lodi is super awesome. I've been going there faithfully for 2 years since I moved back to this area and they always go above and beyond. The staff is very helpful, professional and always great with a smile & hello. If they don't have something they've ordered it for me. Give them a try!

I didn't noticed much except the cashier. She had a glowing smile was super nice and super cute. I would go buy stuff just so I could see her smile again. What a treat that was.

Everything was quite easy to find for us except the chairs (they're displayed but none are really on the floor). Friendly staff and extremely helpfully even with products you can't seem to find. They have great sales too! Very convenient location!

I went yesterday to buy boots and the young man helped me because I'm disabled. He even tied my shoes for me. They didnt have boots in my size but that's ok because my daughter bought me a pair from your store for Christmas. The young man found slippers for me that fit. He went out of his way to help me. Great customer service!

Great deal on shoes...if your a HVAC contractor, plumbing or electrical contractor, great boots and socks for work.

Wal-mart has a majority of steel toe boots that tear up your feet after a 12 hour day, big 5 has a good supply of comfort fitting boots and shoes at a fair price

The staff are very helpful, but I would stay away from the cheapest boots, there is a reason why they are so cheap !

It's a decently sized store - good selection, and friendly & fast service from the staff. I've been looking everywhere for women's boardshorts, and they had tons of comfortable and inexpensive ones! 👍
