I had a flat and desperately needed new tires and when I showed up to my appointment I was given so much reassurance. My expectations were exceeded upon pick up! The tires I had ordered weren’t able to be delivered in time so they put me in a set that they found better fit my needs and I couldn’t be happier. I feel safe driving my truck again! Aaron was a huge help and I highly recommend Big O Tires in Lake Stevens!! Also the price was right!!

I've been taking my vehicle here for some time now. The staff is always phenomenal. My most recent experience was with Jordan,in the front,and Stan and Andrew, who worked on my vehicle.
Having worked in customer service for 20 years myself, I am always impressed with the quality of service I receive from the team at my local Big O.

Great customer service!! Replaced some steering parts and brought in my truck at noon on a Saturday for an alignment. They asked if I could drop it off for a little bit given the weekend work load. Not only did I get my truck back sooner than expected but for an old truck this thing has never driven so straight. Jordan was extremely helpful getting me checked in while Andy's time management and customer service were top notch! Quinton was the technician who fixed my truck making it feel brand new! Thank you Big O! Recommending this place to all my friends and family.

I have gone to these guys twice both times were a great experience. Took care of my tires, got me in and out quickly. Owner is a vet and I fully support veteran business owners. So if that's important to you this is the place.

After being stranded when the alternator in my SUV suddenly died, I was amazed at everything Big O Tires helped me with. They found several things wrong that even the dealership didn’t find (the dealership that serviced it regularly!). And I had even taken it into the dealership when some lights kept coming on and mentioned my concern! I really appreciate how Big O Tires was so thorough in finding multiple issues. After my experience with them, I no longer think the dealership is best. I was very impressed with the extensive services Big O Tires provides and know that I can count on them to help if anything comes up in the future. Thank you so much!

Big O tires got my car in on short notice and back to me the same day. Staying open late as it was a very busy day for them. Yet through it all they were pleasant and courteous! Highly recommend

Great service. Walked me through getting new wheels and tires, leveling kit and new shocks. Garry is informative and made sure to call asap for any issues or updates along the way. Will definitely be a return customer.

Recently had my brakes inspected at Big O Tires, and I was impressed with the thoroughness of their service. The staff was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the findings, making sure I understood the condition of my brakes. Overall, a positive experience with their brake inspection service.

Took truck to the dealer 4 times to fix a not starting problem, Bickford never fix the problem completely. Took it to big O and they new how to diagnosis the problem and fixed it. I haven't had any problems in over a year. Don't waste your time and money with the dealer.

It was time for new tires, so I drove the car up to the Big O. Savannah greeted me when I came in. She is so knowledgeable! I appreciate her depth of knowledge. She knew which tires were best or my car. Andrew and the team finished out the worm on my car. I feel like a Princess with these new tires. Thank you Big O tires!

These guys were great and did an excellent job on my tires and informing me of potential future issues needing to be addressed. I was going on a road trip the next day so the fact they were able to do this same day and the speed that they were able to do this was very much appreciated.

Such an amazing company! Second time we’ve used them. First time our battery just kept dying. Couldn’t figure it out. Took it to them… turned out it was just the keyless remote dead. They put a new battery in and didn’t charge us. Now I just got new tires with them. So happy! I wanted snow tires but my car is lowered just enough so they wouldn’t fit. Schwab didn’t ask me that but Big O did! They asked me to bring it in so they could physically check first. So instead I got all season which they promised would be just as good in the snow. Promise delivered! My car destroys the snow now 😂 and it was $500 cheaper than Schwab! From my two experiences I just can’t say enough good stuff about them. Oh and they had them ordered and installed by 11am the next day! I didn’t have to wait there alllllllll day long.

BigO in Lake Stevens is the ONLY place you should take your vehicle for service. They can do repairs even the dealer doesn’t do. Always friendly, always done right, and always a fair price. No one is better!

Great prompt professional service. They corrected my tire pressure without my having to ask. The service was a tire installation and was affordable and convenient.

Pulled right up in front they checked and filled my tires with air pronto (within 5 minutes). Had a pretty flat left front tire, the gentleman checked for any leaks or nails. I swear every air compressor machine was out of order in the area. Beats paying 2 dollars. Plus my pup got a treat. Thanks guys.

I have been bringing my vehicles to big o since they opened years ago. Last fall we had car issue after issue & found that the service, work and team was lacking causing bigger issues & more expense then originally expected & quoted.

Fast forward to my last 2 visits. After a change of management, I walked out completely satisfied with services rendered. Hopefully this is a change back in the right direction for this amazing shop!!

I brought my car in because my brakes are squeaking. They check them out. They gave me an estimate for brakes rotors and calipers. The next week I had them done in the timeframe they said they would with no hidden costs. They are all very professional at Big O Tires. I will definitely come back for my next service. I brought my own wheels in and the machine ate one. I was told the cost of the replacement and we agreed to them getting me another set and it would be a wash. Charged me just under 300 dollars no wash and put Mazda wheels on my Toyota. Paid over the phone and was never told I would be getting Mazda wheels. I was totally disappointed when I came to pick up my car that evening. They threw all my old wheels in the the back aback and scratches all over the plastic of my hatchback.

I just went in for a simple tire repair. The Lake Stevens Big-O is great. The branch has an old school feel to it. The kind you wanna stop in for a cup of really bad coffee & chat with the crew 🤙🏽I appreciated the "no nonsense" culture they have from the Manager on down. If you want that classic car shop feel this is your place.

Big O tires is fairly priced. They deliver the service they promised on time. We will continue to be their customers.
