Holder’s Mission City Grill

Came here for brunch on a Saturday. Busy but got a table in 5 minutes.
The food was beyond what I expected we ordered the eggs Benedict with corned beef, biscuits and gravy and the $size pancake from kids menu. All the dishes were very flavorful. The bacon was yumm!!
The ambiance is good for a brunch place - noisy yet enjoyable.
The wait staff was spectacular, they made sure water and coffee was topped up and. Heckled in periodically.
For three people our bill with tips was around $20 per person which is pretty good and we had some to go boxes as well.

Excellent food and service! My omelette with mushroom and avocado was fresh and delicious with fluffy pancakes. I normally don't like pancake but this place surprised me with a very good one. Our waiter was friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was cozy and casual. I enjoyed my lunch and will be back.

This is our second time here, but my first time reviewing Mission City Grill. The place is great, the service and atmosphere are excellent. I had the Chicken Fried Steak and we also got the Bacon and Eggs, and the Combo. We got coffee with each meal, which was excellent, and the food is very good. If I had to knock one thing, it would be the pancakes, they were a little dry, but everything else was excellent. This place is usually packed on the weekend, but was not that crazy when we went on Wednesday. Would we eat here again?? Yes, and if your in the ares and are looking for a good breakfast spot, this one will not disappoint.

Stopped by for a Thursday lunch and were promptly seated.

The Supreme Omelette for $18
The Bacon Cheddar Burger for $19
Veggie Scramble to go for $18
Overall, the food was decent. However, the sourdough bread was a bit stale, and the burger was average. On the bright side, the fries and hash browns were tasty.

The portions are generous, which is a plus.

The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Parking spaces are limited and can get crowded, but parking on the Target side and walking over can save you some hassle.

Came for brunch with a party of 6 on Sunday. Very busy, but service was quick and very good. Coffee refilled multiple times. The food was good and came out fast. Bloody mary was delicious and I cannot wait to try their other drinks. Out of the food nothing really stood out but I didn't try any of the other dishes. It was pretty loud and hard to speak/ chat with the people in my own party. The place has some pretty cool memorabilia.

1 omelet with a side of the berry French toast (for only $20 pre-tax) was enough for 2 people!

Great breakfast spot. Clean tables. Wiped down our seats before we sat down. Waiter check in with us very often throughout our time here. Menus provided and check in within a few minutes. Order was taken and food was served correctly. A man came around very often to refill coffee. The omelette we ordered were delicious. See photos for the food we ordered. Water was delivered with our coffee as well. This place was very professional. Customer service on point. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place for breakfast. I will have to return to try their lunch items.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was very attentive, they kept our coffee full and hot, ordering was quick and the food delivered hot and fast.

Having gone in for breakfast, I had their biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were fresh and moist, not like many other places that serve yesterdays biscuits. The gravy was tasty, with good consistency. Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered. The hickory smoked bacon was also quite good. I will be returning for another visit.

Great brunch place in Santa Clara. Basically the same menu as Holders Country Inn (if you've been to those) with nicer decor. Big portions of American diner food and breakfast served all day. They also have a full bar and a wide selection of adult beverages, from Irish coffees to mimosas. The Swedish pancakes with lingonberry butter are amazing.

This place was great, probably some of the best service I've had in a long time. Food was great too, the group tried a few different burgers and we were all happy, also big ups to the pancakes!!!

First time at this Holder’s location. My omelette was fluffy, tender and with perfect amount of bacon, cheese, etc throughout the dish. I most enjoyed the service that was very quick to make sure we had fresh brewed coffee and to take our order. A big shout out to our server Kim. She has an infectious smile and good humor. Will be back!

Outstanding all around. All very delicious. Large party smoothly and professionally seated and served. Large satisfying portions, super fresh fruit, good endless coffee, kind and attentive service. High recommendations.

This is a good breakfast spot. My favorite is the Rib Eye Steak and Eggs with a spicy Bloody Mary to wash it down properly. My wife likes the Supreme Omelette and the Swedish Pancakes are also very tasty.

Feels like your favorite diner from home but slightly upscale. It gets very loud but that's because everyone is excited by breakfast all day! Recommend the blackened salmon tacos and French toast. Separately, of course!

This is my first time coming here, and the best experience I had. The Fresh Fruit Crepe was delicious and yet satisfying. The service was very attentive to our needs, and I will be coming back for more. Thank you!

Was there for brunch today. Wait for a table was non-existent at around 11:30am.

I ordered a Denver Scramble w/ a side waffle. The scramble was just right for me, eggs were a pinch on the watery side but I personally like it that way. If that's a problem for you, just ask when you order well cooked. Waffle was fluffy and each bite was delicious and sweet.

Our server was prompt and dropped by the table often enough when needed for a refill or to check in.

Certainly will consider dropping in again for their lunch menu.

Amazing place with great food. There is always a queue waiting outside and it's worth the wait. Clean tables, good customer service, great food. They could add some healthy veg, green juice options
