Our technician Fidel offered excellent communication by text so we knew when to expect him and he arrived right on time! He explained everything he was going to do, answered all our questions, and was in and out quickly. We are returning customers, happy to have their protection going in to spring/ant season!

I want to add to my first review because I continue to be impressed with the constant pursuit and determination by Dustin Green, Brenden, and Ashlee with constant communication (with us and each other), pictures of findings and their work ethic...they work hard! Dustin came out today (Saturday) in the pouring rain and worked to repair a access point to the pests! Terminix is also helping a friend I referred to them and my friend is impressed!

Did my research and decided to contact Terminix to address a rodent problem. Our rep, Ashlee Sauer, did a 2 hour inspection and showed us sites and photographs she took to document our problem which has been on going for 10 years. We discussed options to address the problem and Ashlee explained everything throughly! She continues to do follow up and we appreciate her knowledge and wisdom. Brian was here to plan our regular service treatment. He too was very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. Dustin the Terminix tech was here a week later and repaired the entry point for pests and set traps in our newly cleaned and sanitized attic and crawl space. He is a very nice young man and did a great job. In conclusion Terminix brought in an insulation contractor. They have been very professional and worked very hard to remove old insulation, clean and sanitize our attic and install rodent and pest deturant insulation. High 5 Antonio and Juan. I do suggest contacting Terminix directly and locally for best service. Very nice professional team!

I saw a Terminex truck at my neighbors two days ago so I went out to talk to the tech Dustin Green, who set me up for an appointment. Within two days Dustin was out here at the time that was promised and worked efficiently and explained everything. He showed me pictures & told me when he would be returning to check on everything. I am very pleased with the service I received from both the initial inspection and the prompt service.

Brian is always courteous, available, and attentive. He goes above and beyond to communicate with me via text whenever he’s spraying outside my home. He is the reason I continue to use Terminix for my pest control services

Our initial meeting with John was thorough and helpful. The follow -up and treatment for bed bugs by Brendon was also thorough, well explained, and we could tell that he was very conscientious about his work and ongoing extermination of our pests.

The Service Technician was Great! Very professional and listened to my requests. He took care of my requests efficiently.

Our technician, Ivan is very attentive to our needs and concerns. He's the best! Not very happy about prices going up, but seems worth keeping this business for our pesticide upkeep.

Fidel Angulo did a spectacular job! He was prompt and very polite. He did a couple extras that I asked for. He is a delight to have work on.my residence.

Brenden was a rock star! Such a pleasant person. Very knowledgeable, professional, patient, thorough, and helpful. Please give him a raise. He deserves it!

Dustin has been to our home twice now to remedy our rodent invasion. He was helpful in helping me understand the situation. He was polite and seemed knowledgeable regarding our under the house rodent problem.

The Terminex employee who came to help with termite problem was an excellent service Man for the company. I would recommend him any day of the week.

Brian, who does monthly Pest Control services (spiders, ants, etc.) is outstanding--on time, thoughtful, efficient, and kind. On the other hand, the termite inspectors do not show up for their appointments.

BRIAN always lets me know when he arrives and asks if
I Need anything different. He always sprays anything EXTRA and will come out in between visits whenever I call him, usually for wolf spiders that scare me. Brian is the reason I have Terminx.

Ismael is always on time and very pleasant. No problems when I need to reschedule.

We have not had an ant infestation in our home since we started using Terminix! We have also seen a major decrease in spiders around the property. Our tech Robert Brayton is the absolute best! He is professional, trustworthy, and personable! Great work!
