I am really impressed with the professionalism and informative answers that I received from my questions. The whole process of ordering my hybrid battery, to it’s installation was efficient and timely in every aspect. I recommend anyone that needs a hybrid battery to buy it from Lifetime Hybrid batteries. One of the things I was most impressed with was it’s lifetime warranty. First two years replaced for free, if a battery is needed after two years there would be a 200.00 dollar deductible which I though would never be needed as my 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid is purring like a kitten. Lifetime Hybrid Batteries saved me a lot of time and money. They replaced my gen 2 Prius traction battery for a very reasonable price. It was very easy to schedule an appointment so I didn't have to wait long. Junior, the person that did the work, was prompt, courteous, and an expert at what he does. He diagnosed the problem before proceeding to replace the battery. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Have a Lexus GS450h , wanted to wait 1000 miles after the fix before I write the review. Appointment and calling was easy with owner Marcus who was very helpful and re-assuring about the product, then got a follow up call / text from Cole confirming appointment. They sent Father and Son team Leon and Leon Jr who were amazing on what they do, they will literally come rain or shine to do their Job and was very conscious of time and will let you know exactly when they will be on your doorstep. There was a couple of setbacks but they were able to figure it out and was able to resolve issues , it really helps when they themselves know how to build a battery pack and not just installing them. So far car's been running great, will update this review every so often to see how far this battery will take me and will also review how their lifetime warranty holds. Five star for now :)

Lifetime Hybrid Batteries came to my home and replaced my 2008 Chevy Tahoe Hybrid battery yesterday. The ordering and scheduling process was easy and timely. Unlike my local dealer that could not even get a replacement battery delivered for 3-4 weeks.
I called Lifetime last Wednesday, told them what I needed and the dealer codes I was getting. Leon conformed the day before, called me to let me know he was on the way and was here right on time on Monday! Leon brought with the right part and a ready to work attitude. He did an EXCELLENT job!! Leon was very professional, clean and polite. He took care not to break the molded GM pieces that he removed and replaced in the process. He Made sure that I was up and running properly before he left.

These guys are the real deal. They came to my house in Northern California and replace the hybrid battery on my 2007 Lexus 400h. That was 2 years ago. The battery failed (after a lot of miles) last week and I drove from Arizona to San Diego to have it replaced again, no charge, no complaint, those nice people

After getting my battery installed I experienced some issues with the performance of my 2005 Prius.
At first I was angry and suspect of this company.

However, the tech that installed my battery answered every single text I sent and took the time to call me and help me to understand my car better. He made some recommendations that helped me get my car back in shape so I didn’t have to dish out an arm and a leg at the dealer.

The best part is the life time guarantee, and even if the battery fails, 6 months 12 months in, they will wave the $200 deductible! That’s integrity!

As a Prius owner for 12 years I highly recommend this service. The staff is down to earth and they really know their craft.

I almost never leave a public review but this business is worthy. I called Lifetime initially just looking for an education on what was realistic to expect from a hybrid battery replacement (i.e. price, longevity, warranty) because I was frustrated to find out I needed yet ANOTHER hybrid battery after the Toyota dealership had replaced my hybrid battery 4 years earlier with a remanufactured battery (didn't disclose previously). After speaking with Preston (down to earth and straight-forward), I was in. Had an appointment confirmed for the following day, technician was on time and the replacement was complete in an hour. Price was fair, service great, and the lifetime warranty can't be beat!

It was a pleasure doing business with Cole and Brad from Lifetime Hybrid Batteries. They not only had a wealth of knowledge about the design and function of hybrid batteries, they were also skilled in the service aspects of battery replacement.

The team delivered exactly what they promised. On time, meticulous in their work during the installation. I was able to observe the entire process and ask numerous questions. They were happy to have me right there watching their work.

When they were done, the car literally looked as if it had not been touched. I took it for a drive and the charging characteristics were back to where they were when I bought the car in 2009.

Great service! My car is working perfectly again. So nice that they come to you. Especially since driving with a spotty battery all the way to the shop is sketchy. Happy to have found such an affordable option for my Toyota Camry Hybrid. It’s an expensive task and the shop wanted me to pay double what these guys were charging. Plus now I have a lifetime warranty - can’t beat that! 🙌

in January, Lifetime Hybrid came up from SLO to Nevada County to replace my original Prius battery. They were super easy to work with over the phone, got a technician here as soon as they could, and he did the installation in about 90 minutes. The technician took the time to test everything before he handed it over to me. He was polite, respectful and professional. I am very happy with their service and feel confident they will stand by their warranty. Such a great deal, half the cost of an OEM battery! Thank you Marcus and team!

Thank you Oz! I would definitely recommend Tribe Auto. I needed an oil change for my son’s car and I am from out of town. It was a Saturday and I went to 2 other places which one quoted 2 hr wait and the other one was twice as much. Came to Tribe Auto. Even though they were closed, Oz said he could have it done. Oz and the team was such a great help. Oz gave me hope after I didn’t think I was even able to qualify for a car but he made it happen. That meant so much to me. I had a great experience with Tribe Auto. Os and Evan were both super friendly and knowledgeable throughout the process of buying a car. As a first year driver, I didn’t know much about what was happening with my car. After Junior came, he explained everything that was happening and was very dedicated to fixing my battery. I’m so glad I decided to call Lifetime Hybrid. The first time my car was worked on, my check engine light came on again so, I called Junior and he came rushing back to work on it again.

15 year old Prius in Bay Area with engine light, VSC light, brake light and emergency light all lit up. Pulled the OBD codes and had local dealer check it; hybrid battery needed replacing (quoted $3500). Took a chance with LHB as the quote was half what the dealer quoted. LBH technician came out to the house several days later with a replacement battery module, checked the 12v battery and wiring just to make sure they weren’t the problem. He disassembled the back half of the car (the module is a large 75 lb metal cage with the battery, the control unit and some wiring) and replaced the hybrid battery module, then road tested the car, then reassembled everything. No more warning or maint lights now - other than the normal ones. The car is running smoother now than it’s run in quite some time and the mileage is back to expected levels. The technician was very professional. I am VERY pleased with the results and saved a boatload of $$$ in the process. Win-win!

I had my hybrid battery replaced on my 2006 Toyota Prius a few months ago and I’m so happy i found a great reliable guy who came out to my house and replaced my hybrid battery. I called him the day before and my car was back on the road and running perfect the next day. I definitely recommend having them do your hybrid battery.
