Bernie is amazing. I used her 6 years ago to buy a house and she was so patient and found me the perfect house. 6 years later we needed to sell and after picking an out of area agent and seeing no progress, I called Bernie and she was able to sell it, in a not so great market. She worked until she found me a buyer. Not once did she ever make me feel like it wasn’t going to happen. She was my second realtor and she didn’t disappoint. She is professional yet warm she is attentive without overwhelming you with the process. Bernie is great real estate agent, she helped me get my property ready to sell, she helped me find a contractor who did some repairs on my rental property before we put it on the market.
