I had an issue with the fabric, they collected the couch,worked with the manufacturer, had it re-upholsted, delivered it and set it back up. All free of charge.
Buy local and give them your business..they deserve it.

Our experience at Cal Deals in San Luis Obispo evoked similar emotions one may experience whilst opening presents on their birthday, or Christmas day. From the moment we walked in, we were convinced that Cal Deals was our new go to for both furniture and fun.

The dynamic duo of Brandy and Miki were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful to a T, and most importantly; honest. Both independently and collaboratively, they built the relationship of trust that one seeks in a purchasing environment.

They went out of their way to work with the delivery team in order to orchestrate a delivery time which suits our needs best, unlike the open ended time frame of between 9am and 6pm the month of September which the cable companies offer.

I am not one to leave reviews at all, but when an experience exceeds all expectations, I would be remiss not to.

We are thrilled with our new couch being delivered tomorrow...I can't wait to jump on it for joy.

We had an awesome experience at Cal Deals with Susan! She has a great personality and was great to work with! She helped us from the second we walked into the store until the minute we left. She gave us an awesome deal on the couch we have been looking for forever, made sure we knew all our color and fabric options and was super patient with us during our decision making process!! She also hooked us up with a fabric guard to protect our couch from our dogs and accidental spills, and made sure our couch would be shipped to us the next day!! Susan truly rocks and I honestly can't wait to work with her for more furniture in the future! Glad we didn't waste our money and one of those over priced furniture stores...Cal Deals is a hidden gem!!

We first shopped Cal Deals four years ago when we were looking for a children's bed and dresser. We had a great experience then and have continued to shop Cal Deals because of that. We recently purchased a new king bed and bedroom set along with our second child's bedroom set. Susan was very patient with us and took the time to talk us through all our options and even made some great suggestions. Unfortunately we needed to return our king bed (didn't work out well with the layout of our room). Susan helped us out for the whole process and we were able to exchange it for a bed we absolutely love. The whole process was painless and surprisingly enjoyable. Cal Deals has furniture for everyone.

I LOVED working with Cal Furniture. Susan was absolutely fantastic. I was moving from out of state and only had a short time to visit the showroom back in Nov. I purchased mattresses, a full bed set, couches, art work, lamps, and high end pillows. So first of all...Susan spent alot of time both on the phone and emailing with me to help guide me in the purchasing process. You could tell that she actually cared that I was going to be really happy with my furniture.

Susan sent me multiple quotes on furniture, helped me comparison shop, offered decorating ideas, educated me of the differences between various brands/models of mattresses, etc.

They delivery team was awesome. Very careful and set up everything nicely.

Took my son here. They had a good supply of products at a price he could afford. The sales man was very helpful. After purchasing we drove to their nearby storage to pick up his new couch & haul to his place.

Came in to shop for a mattress and sectional today and was surprised by this hidden gem! Susan, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable. She pretty much knew everything and more! On top of that, she wasn't one of those pushy sales people that follows you around. She gave me my space and was super chill. It's like shopping for furniture with your BFF instead of a shark! I highly recommend coming here, they have the best prices and deals hands down. Ask for Susan, she is the bomb dot com!

We found a piece of furniture we liked at another store. Cal Deals found it in their catalog and beat the other stores that we had contacted prices. Susan, the sales lady as well as both gentleman delivering our furniture were extremely professional and efficient. We will do business with them again.

Cal Deals is awesome! I dealt with Susan at the San Luis Obispo location, but they also have a Santa Maria showroom. We had to buy an entire house full of furniture and artwork to prep a new house for vacation rental and tried several local companies , some of whom carried the same items as Cal Deals but at a much higher price. Just wanted to take a moment and thank Tony and his staff. My mother is older and at very high risk of catching COVID. Tony took the time to answer my questions over the phone and offered to set up a special shopping time for just me and my mom. It’s very hard to take care of your parents but Cal Deals actually cares for my safety. They are not just complying because the government says so. They explained the great measures they take to clean and disinfect the store daily. I thank you all at Cal Deals! keep up the good work!

Deals are amazing and the delivery and set up team is super polite and professional. Would recommend anyone looking for quality furniture at a great price. Furnished my two bedroom apartment nearly from scratch with quality goods for well under 3k with delivery and setup.

Updated: People in store were very helpful, delivery was 1 day later than I expected but it was fine. The furniture is actually a great deal, and they carry items in stock at their showroom. Probably the only furniture store that doesn't require a 2-3 week wait (my wait was a few days) for delivery. Highly recommended.

Truly an awesome experience! Drove 2 hours to see what they had to offer as well as put "a-face-with-a-name" before committing to the purchase sight-unseen. SOO GLAD we did!
