My son and I visited the N Division Skechers outlet on the hunt for shoes with laces so my son could learn how to tie his shoes. From the moment we stepped in until the moment we left, we were provided with excellent service from one of the employees, Katelynn. Katelynn offered us help right from the start. She was friendly (super nice to my son), knowledgeable and guided us through to the very end. Some of the sizes weren’t available right in the store but Katelynn proactively checked online and found them so we could order. She of course checked in with my son the whole time and made sure these shoes would fit well, and of utmost importance to my son, make him fast enough. We left purchasing two pairs of shoes. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Katelynn! P.S. - My son also says thank you for kicking the ball back to him that he lost behind the counter.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Store was clean and organized. Will return when I am in need.

The only thing bad thing is, is that they didn't have a great collection of summer flip flops this year. I bought The Cali from Skechers yoga foam sandals and love them. I was not able to find them at this store. The employee there stated that they don't get to many shipments in but rather the valley Skechers store does. That I found upon because I shop in the north side not in the valley.

I like freedom to look at everything before I'm bombarded with customer service. They gave me that. When I had questions,they found the answers.

They always have a buy a pair get a pair half off. They have AWESOME non slip shoes. I personally like wearing the relaxed fit and mesh ventilated shoes and there are times I do find them on clearance.

Great service at this store. I walked in and was greeted. I am not sure of the name of the clerk that helped me, but he had long hair. I found a pair of shoes in the clearance section I wanted, and he walked me through on how to use my reward points. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about the website. I love stores with excellent customer service!

Jacob and Brittany were awesome. Jacob is a gentleman and a scholar and really represents your store.

I have always been a Skechers fan and now we have a store with awsome staff and great deals! Spent less than $100.00 on two pairs of shoes normally $70.00 each

I did not catch the guy's name but as soon as I walked in, he was right there to point me in the right direction. He knew his stock and had product information enough to make very good suggestions when I asked for a second choice when my size was not available.

He spent extra time with me and ended up finding me a perfect pair of sneakers. THANK YOU!

Then, the young lady that was on the register made it a 5+ star visit... While ringing up my purchase, I asked if they provided a military discount. When she said yes, I showed my veteran ID and she thanked me for my service! It is sad but true that very few people say that and it just really made my day and now I will recommend this store to everyone I know!

Sales staff is super friendly and helpful without being intrusive. My sales rep only asked if I was finding what I was looking for. I did i think so any tools me they had more sizes in the back and to just ask if i couldn't find the right size and style combo then walked away. Perfect customer service!

Store assistants are always very helpful. The store is clean and the displays nice. Best of all they always have what I come looking for!

Went in today to do a return on a pair of boots that didnt fit me right. Ended up leaving with a great pair of work shoes. I was helped out by the assistant manager first, but when there was an issue with my phone and the afterpay app the store manager went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I left very satisfied and was reminded why I love skechers shoes so much! A+ customer service from the manager and assistant manager!

So happy to find a great pair of work shoes here! I bought a pair at a common store and they lasted like a month before falling apart. So when I found non-slip shoes here I was so glad! They are quality and comfortable. Also an extra 25% off

I was very impressed with the employees. They tried to find the style of shoes that I was wearing. I have certain issues with my feet and so I was looking for the D'Lite shoes that supported my weak ankles. Unfortunately the two stores in my town did not have them. The sales person helped me find a shoe that I think will help.

The sales team was helpful and kind they went out of their way to assist me in finding the work shoes I needed.

First time I've been to the outlet and was shocked to see how many different choices at very good prices. I wear the same skechers for work but go thru them fast and the sales associate recommended a better work shoe. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I'm excited to see how my new shoes will work out, but I'll definitely be back, especially for the amazing sale they are having right now!

Husband likes skechers to drive in, he found 2 lightweight pairs of shoes. I went to the sales racks & found some flats for 60% off making them $24. I wear a 7, usually all sold out in my size.

Very attractive store, great variety, great prices and a great special going on. The sales/stock clerk was very courteous. I wish I needed a couple pairs of shoes but I am just visiting and have no room in my suitcase.

I had never been in here before, mostly because we don't shoe shop often. I'd always wanted to since Skechers are the most comfortable shoes I've ever paid a pretty penny for, compared to Nike, Adidas, Fila, and other decent shoe brands I've worn. Skechers were the best, by far. There is barely a need to even "break in" these shoes. Just amazing comfort.

I took my niece in to buy shoes. She was in need of some and I wanted to get her some good shoes since she'd been used to wearing economy shoes from mass merchandisers for, well, forever. I needed some too, as mine were worn out. With us I also had my toddler son, who is three, full of energy, and bores easily of shopping, especially when he isn't tall enough to see the pretty shoes. He brought with him a toy gun to play with.

The manager of the store played with him, 007 style, through the duration of our visit there. I always knew where my son was based on noise, and watching... But it was nice to have him somewhat entertained while my niece hemmed and hawed over what she'd be getting and while I chose a couple pairs for myself.

There are times when shopping with a toddler can be stressful and definitely not fun, and sometimes the staff of an establishment can make things worse with their disapproving looks or intolerance of a kid who hasn't had a nap or is just a jerk that day. But this place was great and made our shopping experience fun and memorable. The next time I need shoes I know I'll be fine coming here to shop, no matter who I happen to be bringing with me.
