She is a true professional!
Michaela is patient, super friendly, talented and attentive . When I first came into the salon Michaela and I had a conversation about my goal hair look. She patiently explained about the different options and showed me what it would actually look like on my head ( color and length) - this made my decision much easier! After I made my choice Michaela patiently guided me through the process and did not go any further until she made sure I will be pleased with the final outcome.
I am super happy with the final outcome!

It's always such a delightful experience to get my hair done and Rad & Company. Michaela does an amazing job and she's very kind and fun to talk to during the appointment. She's a magical hair fairy and always makes my hair look great! Now that salons are open in CA, I felt completely safe visiting the salon and seeing that everything was sanitized before and after I touched it. Masks were worn by everyone during the entire time. I strongly recommend Rad & company as a salon that cares about you, your hair, and your health!

Michaela is the absolute best! I have been getting my hair done by her for years. She always listens to what I want and always goes above and beyond with results. I have gone bright blonde with her and she always kept the health of my hair in mind. She is super professional and always responds with any questions I may have. I trust her with my hair 100% and I know I don't need to worry when I'm in her chair. As for the salon, everyone is super friendly and they all do incredible work. It is a super cute place.

They recently reopened after the COVID shut down. They are taking all measures to ensure their clients are safe. They sanitize all tools and chairs before your visit. They had me sanitize and checked my temperature as I walked in. Stylist are 6ft apart. Both clients and stylists are wearing a mask at all times. There is a barrier on the washer bowls and were sanitized after each guest. Michaela even sanitized her phone so I could sign after paying. I felt safer in the salon than I do when I do outdoor dining. If you are looking for a new stylist or salon, I HIGHLY recommend this salon and Michaela!

Michaela is the best! She always takes care of me and makes me feel comfortable. .I’ve been going to her for over a year and half now and I would go to anyone else now. What can I say? Rad & Co is a top tier hair salon and barber shop. I’ve been seeing Katrina for years and she is the only one I trust with my hair. What I love about Katrina is she really listens, and she is able to take my jumbled, layman descriptions of what I want done to my hair and execute my vision perfectly. COVID wise I feel extremely safe there and have visited twice since hair salons were allowed to reopen indoors. They have stringent COVID protocols in place and cannot emphasize enough how sparkling clean, sanitary, and safe they’re being. Highly recommend!

Michaela is a wonderful stylist. Everytime I go in I am extremely satisfied with the results. She is a joy to see and a very kind person. I highly recommend her!

Pareesa is awesome. Knows what looks good on me and does my blonde just the I like it. Trouble is now I cant move overseas (too far from my one and only hair dresser)!
