Adam was very helpful and patient explaining their finance options for purchasing furniture.
Unfortunately my couch had a defect, but between Adam and a gentleman from the warehouse named Tennessee my couch was quickly and easily replaced. They even went as as far waiving a delivery fee for retrieving the defective couch and delivering the replacement to my apartment given my work schedule and inability to get help to move the couch.
Overall 16 Cents is an honest, excellent place to buy furniture with great staff to support it.
