We went during a busy time (12pm) with reservations and staff were very timely and attentive. Food was delicious and beautiful. Great spot to meet and chat with friends over comfort food!

Excellent place to have a leisure breakfast or brunch. Service was prompt. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent. If lucky you get a parking spot right in front of the restaurant. It has inside as well as out door seating. Food is very tasty and the portions are very generous. I especially recommend farmers breakfast and chicken with waffle. Unlimited coffee.

Great American-style diner serving a long menu of breakfast options 7 days a week, including omelettes, crepes, French toast, Benedicts, and of course, pancakes, as well as lots of additional options. One interesting drink option is their mimosa flight, which includes 9 different mini mimosas, each with a different type of juice. The food was tasty and the portions were enormous. The service was fast and friendly.

The restaurant is huge with tons of seating indoors and outdoors, but was packed and still had a line because it's very popular. Even though there were at least a dozen people waiting for tables, we were seated within 20 minutes since there are so many tables and service is fast.

If you're looking for an authentic laid-back American diner breakfast, I recommend this place!

Best coffee EVER!!!!!
I truly drank way too much. It was so fresh and smooth. I drink decafe. Husband NEVER orders coffee but today he ordered and had two+cups!

All meat omelet did not stand a chance.
Picky kid liked the plain meat, cheese, bun burger(meat cooked fresh to order) side options: fries, fruit, hashbrowns from the kids menu!

They are a small, but very busy establishment. Go as early as possible to enjoy yourself.
Early morning weekday breakfast was AMAZING!

My daughter spilled some syrup and a waitress gave us extra napkins, new fork, and used a towel to clean up the mess. There was a wait but the food came out fairly quick. People were nice.

A very popular brunch restaurant. The omelettes were pretty good. The fresh toast was huge, delicious.

Home run for my gluten free family. I have two family members with celiac and neither got sick off the GF waffles and other items. Super thankful for their carefulness with our dietary concerns.

Walkin party of 3 on a busy Sunday morning…worth the wait. Even with rain and farmers market happening, this place was buzzing. The staff was spot on and did not stop one time. Good teamwork is all I noticed. Sure the wait for a table was slightly longer than quoted, yes it took time for someone to greet our table, but reasonably so considering how packed it was. The dude who helped us was new, but even when I ordered a non menu item, everything came to the table perfectly, at the same time, and as normal for this joint, delicious. We’ve been here hella times before, but todays visit warranted a review. Granted I only like to give those tasty 5-star reviews, so after years of waiting for a table and then to be served on busy breakfast mornings at this place, it’s all worth it because every time we’re here the people are super nice and the food is bomb. Loved the Saturday brunch. The crispy bagel that comes as a side too moist dishes was good. Omelette and French toast were so delicious.
I loved the coffee.
There was a 30 minute wait but it was okay since we just went for a walk round the downtown.
A very friendly atmosphere and a good restaurant!

My wife and I had their vegan options while our friends tried their regulars. Everyone left satisfied. Our friend’s 1 year old also seemed pleased with what’s on offer.
Bonus is that the Campbell farmers market is right next door!

Big menu with many choices. Shrimp omelette and crab meat crepe was both fresh and delicious.

I am a huge fan of stacks! Always come there whenever possible. The food is great. I usually get an apple cinnamon waffle or a triple berry waffle. Totally recommend both.

Good food, excellent service. They are only serving outside and have distanced tables, many with umbrellas. The food was well prepared. We went back again the next day. Our server the first day was excellent, the second time not quite as good but certainly acceptable. I had the crab omelette the first time. I’m picky about crab and it was actually fresh as stated. It’s red crab. Not fishy at all. Has a lot of ingredients in there. You could probably share this dish, especially as it comes with a full sized bagel. My companion enjoyed his egg dish. I had eggs Benedict Florentine the second day. Muffin could have a little more toasting so it doesn’t get soggy quickly but the rest was delicious. My companion was happy with his chicken fried steak.

Loved the food and the outdoor vibe. We ordered some waffles and huevos rancheros along with pomegranate mimosa. Will be back again!

Alright…. This one took me some time as I started and mistakenly deleted the review… so know this - if that happens and I come back to write it again, it must have blew my mind 🤯 It is so hard to get a great vegan selection when it comes to breakfast in South Bay(that’s my experience, please correct me if am wrong) but guess what we stumbled across - Yepp, Stacks Campbell rocked our world. We went for a SF scramble and a Mexican omelette…. Omg, it was just magnificent. We cleaned our plates so quick (partly due to going there after a 7 miles hike) and it did hit the spot. Wash it down with a nice lemonade and great coffee. The service was amazing - love that diner like vibe and the ambiance was just amazing. Two things to watch out: parking is limited and they do close the kitchen at exactly 2:30 pm. Thank you Stacks, you will see me back 🔜

we sat at the bar and had the best service. be advised there’s a secret beer menu that is not advertised.

Came on a Friday morning and it wasn't too busy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chicken fried steak, Nutella Latte, and the Nutella Strawberry Banana french toast to share. Food was great and Nutella Latte was ok. My partner is a huge fan of the french toast and now I know why!

Stacks is a great spot for a casual meal! We ordered two omelets and a sandwich, and the portions were very large (everything came with sides). The service was great and the wait time was no trouble at all. I would recommend it!

Went on a Saturday morning and the place was packed! Had to wait quite some time before we got seated.

Great thing about this place is that it has a gluten free menu!!! Ordered the gluten free waffles and huevos rancheros - they were both amazing!! Would come back here again at a less busy time.

2023 update:
Love that they leave a carafe of coffee so you can top off or refill whenever you like. The farmer's breakfast is really big enough for two to split: 2 eggs, 2 sausage, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes and potatoes. My dining companion had the white chocolate strawberry pancakes and loved them! We've had the waffles in the past and they are excellent (pro tip: if you order the banana pecan, make sure to ask that the nuts be in the batter so they get nice and toasted! Blueberry waffle is also worth checking out!). Also, there is usually a Groupon available to help keep costs down.

I love the waffles at stacks, especially the banana pecan (ask for pecans to be baked into the batter rather than just on top) and the blueberry. And the macadamia pancake takes me back to Hawaii. Recently I've been watching my carbs so this time I tried the veggie fritata and subbed a green salad for the potatoes and bagel. It was very good, filling and I didn't feel I needed a nap due to a carb coma! Glad I can still enjoy stacks in a low carb way!
