Anthony is hands down one of the best stylist I’ve worked with. I have been his client for few years now and always been super happy with his quality of work and the service for both haircut and hair color. I just need to tell him what I like or what I want and he just works his magic. Not only he is a great stylist but he is also very friendly and fun. JulieQ is one of the best salons in Bay Area. The place is super clean, ambience is nice, everyone’s super friendly. I would highly recommend this place!!!

This is a 5 star hair salon that has “10” star hairstylists, specifically Sandy whom I had as my stylist for 20+ years!!! Stylists here are knowledgeable, professional & super friendly!!! Although there may be many hair salons in the Bay Area, but there are none as exceptional as Julie Q salon Sunnyvale 😊

I have dyed my hair for so many years. Essentially, I prefer the vibrant colors, not the typical blonde/brown highlights. My most recent adventure had blue/teal hair. After the pandemic, I gave up on maintenance. It took me a while to find a colorist/artist in the area. I found Anthony’s Instagram and was thrilled to see some of his work that included vibrant color combos. We scheduled a consult and he listened to what I wanted and he also gave me his complete honest opinion, which I appreciated. With his advice and extensive knowledge and experience, I was 1000% comfortable with leaving my ideas and hair in his hands. The day of my actual hair appt, he walked me through the process, gave me constant updates and kept checking in to make sure I was OK. The end result blew me away. It completely exceeded my expectations. I have been getting so many compliments from coworkers, family and friends. I absolutely love it. Thank you, Anthony for listening to what I envisioned and taking amazing care of me and my hair!

I've been looking around to find a regular stylist, and I'm very happy with the results from my first visit with Vicky! For the cut, she helped to reshape my previous styling. She explained clearly that I'd have to grow my hair out to get to the exact style I wanted, so I got a great cut at her recommendation. I have a section of bleached hair that Vicky also touched up for me. I've had varying results from other stylists in the past (Asian hair!), but it's been a month, and I love where the color has evened out! Overall very pleased with my services received and happy to come back again soon.

My hair feels much better! I haven't had a professional haircut since 2019. I've never tried this salon before and I'm glad I did. They know how to handle different hair types which is hard to find. Very friendly and clean!

One of the best haircuts ever! This salon is amazing worth the 1 hour drive. Sandy is sooo amazing, My hair looks and feels so good! The cut is so precise it's like she cut one strand at a time.. amazing! Magic!

Shazleena is amazing with hair, I absolutely love my hair <3 She’s incredibly communicative and extremely knowledgeable with cut and color.

Went here because my wife saw Tina and loved her. I was skeptical because I didn’t see any men’s haircuts in her portfolio on the website, but couldn’t be happier with the results. I think this might be the best haircut I’ve ever had. Tina also gives the best head massages when she shampoo/conditions.

Got a haircut here for the first time and love it. Also appreciate the fact that my hair appointment started on time, I've been to many places where this wasn't the case.
Daisy gives the best head massages while washing your hair and is overall a sweet person.
Everyone was super friendly and the location is great too. In walking distance of mountain view downtown.

This is the only place I have gotten my haircut regularly since I moved to the bay area many years ago. They are warm, friendly, clean and they always shampoo your hair and give a little scalp massage. Great experience always.

Ever since I moved to the Bay Area last September, I had trouble to find a hair stylist who doesn't make my hair dull. But I think I have found one today. Jay did a great job - I think it looked sassy and fun. He is friendly, and definitely listens to what I wanted for my haircut. I will definitely come back again.

Since I'm picky about my hair cut, at my first appointment I was a little bit worried about the results , but Tina has done an amazing job in cutting my hair and I was so happy with the results. Now this salon is the only place I visit for hair cut. Tina is my favorite hair stylist 😍 she is accurate and cares about the results and my satisfaction. On top of that before my hair cut I get a sclap massage 💆‍♀ which is really nice and relaxing 😌 The staff are friendly and it's easy to set an appointment 🙂 overall I'm happy with the service and if you care about your hair cut ✂ 💇‍♀ and style I recommend this salon 👍

I was able to book a same day appointment with Vicky for a cut + full color. I haven't cut my hair in a long time, so I wanted to cut several inches off and get my hair layered. Vicky did an awesome job and did my layers perfectly! I really appreciated her attention to detail. She spent time doing some finishing touches and gave me tips on how to style my hair. Thanks Vicky!

I love Julie Q. I always get a great cut and also it is not very expensive. I sometimes get highlights and those are great too. Usually Julie cuts my hair. I hear Minnie is good too.

I brought my 3 year old in recently and Helen cut her hair and it was a great cut and a positive experience for her. Now my daughter plays haircut at home.

A lot of my female co-workers go here and their hair looks great.

Also lots of men there getting there hair cut while i am there.

Only downside is the massage during the wash ... which is nice but i do feel like it takes more time than i want to. I could probably ask to skip it but I haven't yet.

I moved from the east coast 2 months ago and have been looking for MY place to go for a great fade. I've been to 5 places so far and this blows them out of the water.

I was worried because it is a salon and I normally dont have great results with military type haircuts but Daisy took great care of me and gave me one of the best fades I've ever had along with hands down the best shampoo. I'll be back soon.

One of the only places around Mountain View downtown that was able to deal with my dark wavy hair. Every other place tries to either straighten or thin it out. Got really good service
