Few days ago, I have visited this place as other friends have strongly recommended me to check out. My first impression at this place was very clean and convenient with good interiors and relaxing music. Staff were very kind and welcoming. I have tried Korean style perms. At first, I was very hesitant because I have never permed before in the past. The barber kindly counseled me which helped me to make a decision. He also taught me how to manage styling, which was not hard at all. I am definitely going to make a reservation in the future. I highly recommend this place!

Lead stylist is not very chatty but works at a high level and will give you a quick consultation before the session to inquire about your hair goals. Definitely will visit again.

It took me about 5 different failed hair salon experiences until I finally stumbled upon Esharp and I've never looked elsewhere since. I was looking for a salon to go to when I first moved here from NYC 7 years ago. I'm very particular about my hair and need to visit every 5 weeks to maintain the same bob that I want. ESharp is run by one stylist so it's a fairly small place, but let me tell you, it's a very tightly run place. all the staff here are super nice, professional, consistent, and thorough. I've probably visited here more than 70+ times by now, and I have NEVER left this place unsatisfied. I always get compliments on my perfect bob. The owner/stylist is the best in town and is someone who has a lot of passion towards his profession, which I so respect!
The only downside is that since it's a very small place (with A LOT of regular customers) it can be tough to make last minute appointments, but they've instituted an online booking system so I always just plan my next visit in advance. All in all, I'm super happy that I have such an amazing hair stylist that I can always go to in my neighborhood!😍

The hair designer was not very talkative but he knows what he's doing. Very happy with the result!
( Update 3/9/2023) He is an amazing host and is very attentive to what needs to be done each day. I recently had the best haircut I've had in 60 years! The staff were very talkative, and I had a wonderful time. I will definitely be returning in the future!"

Excellent hair stylist :) good keratin treatment—cut was quick because stylist knew exactly what to do. Everyone in the shop was very nice.

The stylist Bansuk is so amazing and has exceptional styling skills! He gave me very good advices on how to style my hair and it really worked on me. He is very poise and professional. One of the restaurant servers nearby strongly recommended me to go to him and it was worth every penny. If I could tip him, I would have tipped 100% but he doesn’t accept tips. What a fantastic job he did. I really liked that everyone gets a gown and the people who work there are super nice. I wish Boston had salons like this. I would recommend E# hair to anyone who needs a top notch stylist. Two thumbs up 👍

Our family has been going to E Sharp Hair for many years now and they never disappoint! Our son, now 10 sits on a booster and super simple and easy, wife gets cuts, perms, color, etc and always gets commented on the beautiful color and cut afterwards. I get cuts and occasionally a perm and always comes out great. I would highly recommend them for your family. fyi, they always tend to be busy but their new online appt app works great! Cheers!

This was my first experience at this place and I loved it. They were attentive and helpful. Absolutely had the Covid protocols and more. I don’t remember the last time I had a haircut this great and they even took the time to teach me how to style it. Didn’t speak the language but had no issues. Definitely recommend this place

I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I think it’s the best haircut place in the South Bay. Ive lived in korea for a really long time, and most places in the Bay Area fell short of my expectations, but Banseok who is the owner and head (haha!) stylist, does a really fantastic job! He dry-cuts first and then washes and dries and puts in final touches.

Also for those of you complaining about the Ban’s mannerisms, i find him pleasant and professional. IMO when you go to a stylist, you’re paying to get your hair done, not to chat endlessly. I also appreciate that he doesn’t recommend that I buy products that I have no use for, or try to up sell by suggesting hair treatments that I don’t want. I know what works for me, and I appreciate that he delivers on what I want without pushing adventurous styles that I have no interest in. He cuts conservatively, and never cuts more than what we agree on. Ive only been thoroughly happy with how my hair turned out here, so I’ll be going back over and over again. Great hair stylist. A bit on the expensive side but it is worth every penny. Reservation is a must as they are usually fully booked. Also, children friendly - my boys love the retro video arcade that they have installed there.

Okay, so, I have been to this place three times, and I still like this place. No, I absolutely love this place. The owner just knows what he is doing. Some say the owner is rude, and I don't think so. He is real nice. He just is focused on your haircut.

He is hands down the best hair style Iever had. I never had a bad haircut. Even when my wife was not happy with her coloring, he fixed it the next the day. We have been loyal customer since he opened.

Although there are people that have made negative comments about the owner/stylist, the bottom line is the guy can cut hair. I’ve never once walked out unsatisfied. The only thing I would change if I could is the frequent increases in the price of a men’s haircut, but if you want a high quality cut - E# is the place.

A little pricey but they don't accept tip. Provides quick but nice haircuts for men at least. They're usually fairly booked in advance, though, so you shouldn't expect a walk-in service.

Great stylist. Not a conversationist, but definitely one of the best in Santa Clara.

The hairdresser has an artistic eyes, and he is up to date. His work is so stylish and individualized. I highly recommend this shop.
