OrangeTwist Santa Clara is AMAZING! I grabbed an amazing deal on laser hair removal. I had always wanted to have it done, but did not realize how affordable it was! I was nervous at my first appointment, but the front desk team and incredible manager Vanessa assured me about the process. My esthetician, Erin, has been outstanding at each appointment. She checks in with me before the appointment to make sure I am happy with my results and always explains clearly what she is going to do.

On one occasion I had to bring my son with my to the appointment and he waited in the lobby. The front desk staff were so sweet to him and gave him a box juice and snacks and when my appointment was done (it was only about 5 minutes) he did not want to leave! It is a very calming and welcoming environment. I could tell all the staff love working there under Vanessa's leadership.

I highly recommend!

Shout out to OrangeTwist for providing me first class service at their Santa Clara location. I was very hesitant to get lip fillers. However, from my initial consultation with staff member Vanessa. She personally talked me through the process, reassuring me I was going to be in good hand. So I made the appointment. Nurse Darlene conducted my fillers. She was kind and gentle to me. She made sure to go at my pace (I was so nervous). After the procedure, the staff members provided me reassurance that my lips were gonna come out fabulous. And boy did they! From the moment I got home, my husband could not stop complementing me. I highly recommend OrangeTwist without the slightest reservation. My service and end result I could not be happier. Orange twist is amazing, I’ve gone to many different medical spas before, such as Laser Away and Ideal image and I will say Orange Twist is just a league on its own. From the staff to the facility. They make you feel comfortable and taken care of. The manager Vanessa was really accommodating and gave a lot good input. I have made Orange Twist the place where I treat myself. Highly recommend!

I love this treatment shop. Vanessa and her staff are all so friendly and helpful. Buying the HydraFacial Deluxe package was the best decision. My skin feels amazing after every facial for weeks. Anna always makes me feel so comfortable and takes good care of me. She's the best!

I had my first experience at OrangeTwist Santa Clara and I waited to write a review until I had several visits. Initially and continually, the team at OrangeTwist has exceeded my expectations. They are always welcoming and bubbly as soon as I walk in. Darlene is gentle and will let you know what is needed and not needed. I respect that approach. Vanessa is the clinic manager and our interactions are always pleasant and professional. She really goes above and beyond to make sure all the guests are taken care of. The front desk also incentivizes you for rebooking your next appointment by entering you into the monthly skin care raffle. I love it there and am confident you will too. Highly recommend!

New to aesthetic treatments, I was in search of a local place that was affordable and had a good reputation. I found orangetwist on the recommendations of a couple of friends, and they did not disappoint. The front office staff was friendly, and I was given a tour of the clinic since it was my first time. It was warm and friendly, and my results exceeded expectations. Thank you to nurse Darlene for a great service and Vanessa for making me feel so comfortable from the beginning. The membership plan is a no-brainer since you save money! 10/10 definitely recommended!

My experience here was wonderful.
I’m a mom of young children and I work full time. I don’t usually pamper myself. I already have a pretty decent skincare regiment. But, maybe due to the change of seasons or something, my skin was starting to feel too dry.
I booked my appointment for a facial and took a few hours off work for a little me time.
There is plenty of parking in the square, but I did book an appointment prior to the lunchtime rush.
Walking in to Orange Twist, it looked pretty upscale. I liked the simple aesthetic of the gray/orange pallet they used for the decorations. I was nicely greeted and offered a beverage. Then I filled out the standard forms and waited for my appointment.
My aesthetician’s name was Jillian and she was very nice. She asked me what my main skin concerns were so she could tailor the facial to my needs.
The spa table was so nice and warm and the blankets were soft too.
The facial consisted of scrubs, muds, warm towels, cool stones, facial massage, and soothing creams. It was so nice and relaxing.
My skin is prone to redness and peeling, but after the facial it felt so smooth and hydrated, and I was really surprised to see that there was no redness! I felt so refreshed and pretty.
Jillian provided me with after-care instructions and sent me on my merry way.
Taking care of the bill was quick and easy.
I will definitely be a repeat customer!
When my kids got home from school, they asked me why I was wearing makeup! But it wasn’t makeup; it was my awesome facial.

I had been on the hunt for a medical spa closer to my home for various aesthetic treatments. The place I had been going to was way too far for my liking, so I could not attend as frequently as I'd hope. A quick Google search and a few positive reviews later led me to my new treatment shop!

I was impressed because when I booked online, the director reached out personally to make sure that I knew where to find them in the Santa Clara Square Plaza. I was already WOW'D by the immediate customer service.

After easily finding the place, I noticed that the moment I walked in, the sweet scent of ORANGES hit my nose. Very on- brand! LOL!! The reception area was bright and the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Now I know what I had always been missing; an immediate sense of belonging and comfort. I knew this place was going to be like a home away from home. I even got a little tour and a run down of all the treatments they had to offer.

Now to my appointment; I was really happy with my hydra-facial here at OrangeTwist Santa Clara! Anna, MY esthetician, was very detailed in finding out details about my skin care history. She checked what I wanted out of the sessions, described my best options, and outlined her recommendations based on my own concerns. The treatment itself was fantastic, and I appreciate her check-ins to make sure I was comfortable. She always let me know what was happening next and how the following steps would feel so I wasn't surprised. I felt refreshed and was GLOWING! She also showed me what products I could use at home to keep up my skin care routine and maintain my results. She explained how these products are medical grade and how they should be used. I never have felt rushed in spite of phones ringing, people checking in and out, and some people waiting in the waiting room. All of the staff take their time and continue making me and other patients a real priority, which I now realize was also missing at the other medical spa I had been to. Since my initial appointment went so well, I have been back frequently and will continue that way because the ball has not dropped. It's nice to be somewhere where people genuinely seem to enjoy their jobs! It's so refreshing and not as common these days.

I will absolutely continue my treatments here as well as recommend friends and family. The treatment results are great, the price is competitive, and I really appreciate how Anna listens to what I am looking for while she gives her expertise on how to achieve it through treatments and my at home routine.

Overall, the staff is very welcoming, friendly, and they always make sure I'm satisfied with my experience.

I had an amazing experience at orange twist . I felt like a super star after my first visit. I was greeted with warm welcomes as well as offered a beverage upon my arrival. The customer service is excellent as well as the services I’ve received

If I could select 100 stars for the Santa Clara orange twist center, I absolutely would.
The center is fresh, clean and has a friendly and welcoming vibe, I felt comfortable and calm immediately. The staff (director Stacy) is extremely knowledgeable with the centers services and staff. I have stubborn arm fat that has been impossible to lose and they’ve caused my self esteem to spiral. Stacy’s cool sculpting expertise and attention to what my concerns are — put together a plan that has already helped and saw results after my first appointment!

A few weeks later I visited the center for a touch up on my lip filler (done elsewhere) and I saw Darlene. Darlene asked what my goal was for my lips, and desired look and after explaining and showing reference pictures she advised that I dissolve and start over due to over filling. As hesitant as I was to do so, I followed the professional advice and plan per Darlene. Since, I have refilled my lips and they’re beautiful, beyond my expectations 100% Darlene also advised on adding filler to smile lines to soften my face (I mentioned this want in a previous consultation)

This center is amazing and the staff truly enhances the energy and care for their clients. I highly recommend this center and it’s staff for all Med spa related care — the retail skincare products are great too (Darlene helped me with finding the right cleanser/ exfoliate) and I can’t wait to try it!

Ladies, this center is a must!

I’ve had two appointments with nurse Val. At my first appointment, I had never had fillers or cosmetic procedures before, so I was super picky about who I would let touch my face. When I met Val, she was very professional and honest about the procedures, as well as friendly. I was super comfortable. She let me know about the risks and informed me on so much. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. I trust her.

I had my lips done, some forehead Botox and masseter Botox, I absolutely fell in love with the results! I came back to get a second syringe on my lips and I was absolutely happy! Val is the only person I will let do my procedures!

Recently, her schedule has been booked up for a few months, and it’s super understandable why! She’s fantastic at her job! I have zero complaints about the wait time to see her again because it makes sense. Why would I change injectors because of wait time, when I have one that I love and feel comfortable and safe with? Once I see her, I’ll just have to book the next appointment ahead of time, simple as that. I’ll see you soon Val!

I had an appointment with Adriana for my first lip filler. I have been wanting one for years but I have been putting it off because it’s not something I want to pay for at the price or standard cost of it. They have a great deal for first time patients so I thought it was time! My experience was so seamless and was not painful and I couldn’t have been so much happier! I’m so happy I did it and I’m definitely coming back! Adriana is amazing and the staff are so nice! Definitely recommend!

The ladies at Orange twist where the best. I was greeted by Nurse Valerie whom also was my injector. I felt so at ease with her and she really made me feel welcomed. I then was greeted by Stacy and Britney these women were full of knowledge and guidance. The also offer really awesome memberships. I have these ladies to thank for helping me to highlight my beauty again. Highly recommended!!!

Valerie is literally the best! She has magic hands AND she is actually really sweet! She makes sure you are fully heard as to your needs and concerns. I’ve gone to a handful of lip injectors, I’ve never had someone take their time to make sure everything was perfect. Also her technique for myself was super gentle it barely hurt. So happy I finally found my go to girl.

I was highly impressed with how clean and professional the medi-spa was.

Yesterday was my first time ever getting any type of cosmetic procedure and i had no idea what to expect. I was nervous that it would hurt or that i would look completely different and not recognize myself.... it was pretty scary. But then i got there and wow, the atmosphere is inviting and the front desk employee was very kind. my appointment was with Valerie and may i say, she is one of the kindest most accommodating person ive ever met. She was very thorough about learning what i wanted to achieve as well as asking questions i'd never even thought of! Great communication throughout the whole process and checked in often to make sure i was okay. Even letting me know when i might feel an extra pinch! The heads up was greatly appreciated. She has so much knowledge, working with your budget and still finding a way to help you achieve your desired results. Bonus, she has some of the best bedside manner ive ever seen. Honestly, halfway through the appointment, i knew she was who i would come back to for all my future services. If you're looking for an amazing nurse, Valerie is the one!

Anyone who is looking for a new medspa that is professional, clean, friendly and most importantly customer centric environment should consider this place! I live 1.5 hours away and my first appointment was to get dissolved.After I had already shown up they realized they were out of dissolver. My experience there was a roller coaster to say the least;however, the next time I came in for my dissolver, (again) Stacy (the director) absolutely compensated me by giving me a credit, making me a goodie bag of products and discounted my service all to ensure I walked out of the door happy and satisfied. I think I owe my injector (Valerie) a whole separate review as she gave me everything that I wanted, stay engaged, took her time and talked me through the process. If her manager is reading this She deserves a raise and a promotion if possible!!! The service was outstanding and I walked out happier than I have ever been walking out of a medspa even after we had some challenges in the beginning. 100000000% recommend!!

I recently had Ultherapy with Nurse Kati and it was AMAZING! My skin looks wonderful after only one treatment. I truly believe the collagen is being regenerated now. I still apply a lot of sunscreen, but barely need foundation now.
