Great food awesome people, very good place!

Been there a few times, some thing new catches my eye from the decor or interesting tiles. We have also ordered takeout from them they get it ready pretty fast and pack it awesomely, and hand it over with a smile.

Delicious! I had chicken fajitas and it came with several tortillas, rice, and beans. Very filling. The cheese with the appetizer I got was literally never ending when I tried to pull it up to the sky. Literally the cheese didn't break as I brought it as high as 3ft haha. Overall a great experience with company dinners. Celebrated a birthday too and they enjoyed the flan. Would come here again

Robertos is a family friendly mexican restaurant with delicious food and drink options. I usually go with a burrito when I visit. The portions are generous and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. During my last visit, I happened to go to the bathroom and my friend ordered nachos for me. I didn't want nachos but let's just say I'm glad she ordered those for me! They were delicious and I didn't leave a crumb! I would definitely get that again instead of my usual! The staff is also attentive and friendly. I appreciate that they remember me when I go back to eat and they treat me like family. If you're in sunnyvale downtown area you do not want to miss this spot.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and we're expecting a slow service as most restaurants don't have many customers on Sundays. But this restaurant was decently full, very clean and had attentive staff.
Our table ordered Carnitas which tasted great, can't go wrong with this choice, Chile Colorado with the softest beef cubes ever and Steak Ranchero that was made spicier upon request and it absolutely hit the spot!
Will go back again for sure!

If you find yourself on Murphy Street -- Sunnyvale's main drag -- please visit this place! The food was excellent and the service was great. I had to order extra rice just to finish the flavorful sauce of the beef stew. Add a Corona and this was the perfect "Mexican spot". Nothing fancy, just great food and a relaxed California atmosphere!

I ordered Carne asada, Birria and to wash it all down I had a great Chavella! Super friendly owner came by said hi, made sure our food was great, our waiter she did great job made sure we had everything we ordered and on time! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for Mexican food!

First time we stopped in. I ordered a chili relleno plate with refried beans and rice. All dishes were excellent. The two salsas with the chips were delicious, too.

Awesome experience we had coming to this place for the first time. We sat in the front area by the bar nice view of downtown. Order the chicken fajitas with refried beans and a side of jalapeno is a must. Hubby ordered the Pollo Al Xocoqui (chicken with the sour cream based sauce)black beans and flour tortillas. Also got a Michelada! So delicious we were in Mexican food heaven! Can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Great vibes and customer service. The food was delicious and served nice and hott.

The food is authentic and good. I ordered a 2 item combo plate... Cheese enchilada and carne asada taco.... The food was so good I ordered another carne asada taco a la carte.. cool vibes inside .. the bar is a little small but the micheladas are off the hook.... Probably one of the best I've ever had... They come in a ice cold margarita cup and the beer it self is so cold they go down smooth... I ended drinking 3 that's how good they are... Can't go wrong with Roberto's Cantina.... Great Food, Great Drinks....and Great price.....

This was a very authentic Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious. We recommend the quesadilla and the flautas. The cheese was exceptionally tasty, not just your regular cheddar. The drinks were outstanding. We had margaritas. The taste was great, and they were also very strong. We would definitely come back here again.

We had a great experience with good service and atmosphere. Always looking for a place that meets our standards there perfect trifecta: great margarita, great food, great chips and salsa. This came close as three salsa was truly good but not great. I highly recommend.

This is my second visit to this restaurant in 6 month. It was family dinner food was good. Yummy. Definitely coming back to eat

Much better than expected! Don't let the looks deceive you. Ordered the 2 item combo for $14 and everything was really tasty! Beef tostada and chicken enchilada were really flavorful. Probably the best tortilla chips I've had. Appears that they are house made along with both types of salsa.

Delicious authentic Mexican food in a fun cozy atmosphere. The staff are amazing! Grab a table outside if you can when the weather is nice. I'll definitely be back.

Best Mexican food on the Peninsula. Roberto and his family are so wonderful. The food is amazing. My husband and I eat here as often as we can. I love the food - the steak ranchero is my favorite. As for a side of the habanero sauce. My husband loves the chicken enchiladas. The fajitas are also amazing!

The food is delicious, the service is incredible and the staff is very attentive. My favorite dish is " Rajitas Poblanas." Don Roberto always comes around to say hi, and Hector and the rest of the team are always happy receive us with a nice welcome!

Roberto was great 👍 The salsa was spicy, beer was cold, and the birria de res was really flavorful.

Best Mexican food I’ve had in the Bay Area. Absolutely love it and the staff. They’re very kind and it’s just so delicious- must try it!
