This is my insurance lady for my house and my vehicle's had to go and talk to her about vehicles since I was in the area really pleasant lady to work with explains everything. Overall this interaction was terrible. I didn’t think so right away, but the more I interacted with this agent the worse it got. I went there because other reviews claimed she was polite and honest, however, my experience was not so, it was quite the opposite.
