The lady was nice to me

This is not right address.. If you wanna rent a car, you need to go 1000 Walsh street, but the staffs in Walsh office are so rude and arrogant. I needed to rent a car throughout AAA insurance company, I hoped to rent full size car is which I have, but they had only smaller size car available and the manager explained to me and AAA, Nissan centra is same size car with Hyundai sonata 2015. I said 'no, it is smaller size' but the manager said that it is same size. So I showed their brochure which has car size information in 1000 Walsh office. Finally, the manager kicked me out and told me "I don't want to rent a car for me, it is same size car". please don't use this location, it is terrible place..

Terrible customer service. Called looking for help in regards to the rate on my upcoming reservation and was hung up on. I suppose he decided he couldn't be bothered to try and help find my car after two minutes (and seemed very annoyed I was asking for help to begin with). When I tried to call back to inquire why I was hung up on and if he thinks giving that level of service is acceptable, his co-workers intentionally prevented me from speaking to him three times. Classy Hertz. Very classy.

I'd give it a zero if I could. Can't get hold of a live person to modify rental agreement; wants me to go to the website, but realized that they handed me the wrong paperwork so no rental agreement #. Literally no options without that number since they are closed for the weekend. That on top of the extremely slow service at the counter to begin with (20 minutes with only one person in front of me). This company deserves to fail!!!.

This isn't the right address, even though they told me to go there. And told me it was my fault for being there. So don't waste time, go somewhere else.
