These guys were respectful and professional when they delivered my peloton bike plus in Spokane, Washington. The gave us a call shortly before arriving to let us know they were on their way. They were careful when carrying the bike up the stairs and through our living room. No bumps or scrapes along the way at all, major points for that. They set up the bike swiftly and showed us everything we needed to get it started. Great service and would absolutely use this company again.

On time, courteous, friendly, one of the best deliveries I've ever had. Thanks J.B.Hunt!!

Easy to find

Very poor customer service! They give you a delivery date after 3 months waiting and at the last minute they cancel and give you a number where you listen to their advertisement .....wait and when someone comes on the line they don't know anything! Don't use these guys! And here is an update 2 days ago I was asked to write to their social media site I did.....was promised an imediat response still waiting 2 days later...Are they all liers?
Bad Bad customer service

The absolute worst delivery service. They have had to move our delivery multiple times, reason being "we live too far from the location" and have to have a morning delivery. Took the morning delivery spot and took the day off work just for them to call and cancel that delivery as well. They are rude, and have complete disregard for anyone else's time or schedules. Would give 0 stars if possible!

So this morning at 11:15 1/4/24 I’m driving next to a Gibraltar building accessories, division truck that says it’s operated by JB Hunt. I’m driving in the center lane and the guy in the truck wait till I’m right next to him and put his blinker on and try to get over. He’s whipping his front wheels left to right in the lane to try to move me out of the way instead of just waiting until I pass him. Then he blows his air horn at me as if I was doing something wrong. This is totally unprofessional in my opinion but that reflects poorly on JB Hunt the truck number is 200428.

It's not a good place to pick up a load it will take forever and no friendly people, they don't want to answer any questions you have about the load. If you don't like your job I don't make you come to work you are here to make a living like I do myself.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The delivery date of my Peloton bike (delivery contracted through JB Hunt) has been pushed five times, with little notice the day of delivery. I do not believe this company is genuine in their reasons for cancelling or moving delivery dates, but they are simply just bad at logistics. The several reasons given for moving the delivery date included bad weather and roads, when I checked the road reports they were fine on each day of delivery. I would never willingly go through this company for any transportation or delivery needs. I'm not sure I'll ever get my bike at this point from this company.

Just had a cancellation morning of and realized this is the same company that cancelled on me multiple times day of a appointment a couple years ago on an order through Home Depot. Now on the phone with the latest company telling them I will cancel the order if this is not taken care of rather than clear my schedule, again. Also found out from a neighbor he had a similar issue where he waited weeks for delivery that kept getting postponed before he cancelled his order.

There is a serious disconnect between the appointment system and the actual routes driven. I waited for over four hours, called customer service for an update (which I didn't get), and then the driver called two hours later to say that my item wouldn't be delivered until the following day because of how the route worked out. The driver was very understanding, but I took time away from work to be home for the delivery and no one could bother to make sure that my appointment time was appropriate for that route.

Waited 4 hours for my 8am-12pm delivery window but the driver listed, Carlos, just never showed up and no communication whatsoever. Called the 800 number on the tracking email at 12pm to ask what’s going on, and was told it will be closer to 4pm for delivery. I’m moving into a new home and this entire day is now wasted on waiting for them. They also “couldn’t”connect me to anyone local to speak about it, as they were just flat out refusing to take the transferred call. What an absolute joke.
