We always get excellent service from the manager Melinda who is really verry excellent manager and great person. She always support and help in everything. She is veery professional. And this place is very well managed by manager Melinda. The whole complex is very clean and safe for children. Thanks

This place is very well managed by apartment manager Melinda. The whole complex is clean and quiet. It's the perfect place if you work nearby apple and google. I am living in this apartment for almost 10 years. I have never seen this kind of apt manager in all these years who is really good and always smiles on her face with a welcoming heart. Melinda is very professional and takes care of the maintenance requests very quickly.
Melinda is very nice and helpful and I also LOVE the maintenance guy. The property is well kept and overall the neighbors are friendly and diverse. Melinda also plans for more events to create fun to gather the community (like Easter etc).

I vote for this apartment if you are looking for a nice community and welcoming Manager.

I would like to commend Melinda at Vista Pointe Apartments!! Melinda went above and beyond to make sure my experience was professional, pleasant and enjoyable!! I had looked at numerous apartments and had terrible experiences with the management before I booked an appointment to see the Vista Pointe apartment!! Melinda adjusted her schedule to accommodate mine, the apartment community areas are very clean and well kept, the apartments are updated and very spacious! I knew when I met her that she was a very caring individual! Melinda is a great Manager and I look forward to living in Vista Pointe Apartments, she makes you feel like family!! I came back to talk with Melinda at a later date and while waiting for Melinda, a maintenance crew member came over and he made sure that I had been helped and that Melinda was notified that I was there. Vista Pointe management and maintenance crew gives great customer service and that’s what made me want to be a tenant there!!! Thanks for everything Melinda!!!

A great community and nice place to live. We get the feeling to be a part of a big family. Service requests are promptly attended. Other community services like the shared laundry, gym and pool are well-maintained thanks to Melinda, the service manager here. She is very attentive to our needs. She was very helpful during our move-in as well.

Moved here a week back. We were just looking for an apartment and came to see vista pointe without appointment, we really liked this place. Melinda has been very helpful from the day 1. She showed us the place, answered all our questions and because of her our moving was so easy.

Melinda is very good at what she does. She helps out with suggestions and solutions to issues that we have been facing at Vista pointe. Concerns of security are immediately addressed and taken care of.

Greedy owner and poor maintenance. There are way better options out there for lower rent. People are leaving as rents are falling everywhere else. Not very secure. Laundry room and machines need deep cleaning and upkeep, looks like the dryer vents haven't been cleaned for years. (You are supposed to clean those out through specialized service providers duh!) Years of trash and debris under the bushes lining the downstairs apartments. Not even in a good school boundary. God knows why they are expecting people to stay without any rent decrease. You can find cheaper, better communities in Cupertino school district in the current rental market.

Unprofessional worker Ever I met. The manager did not communicate during application process. So poor customer service ever.

Guys think twice before applying to this property.
