Trip Harvest

In our recent trip to Argentina and Chile we found Trip Harvest to help us plan and design our itinerary. I wanted to use their firm before we booked the trip. From the first call I had with Evan at Trip harvest I knew they were very good. My husband and I travel extensively and have worked with a lot of travel agents/consultants. We wanted to go to Argentina and Chile and knew generally knew where we wanted to go. In the planning phase not only was Evan super responsive he was able to help us design an itinerary that worked very well for us. He knew the countries well and had suggestions of things to do and places to go that we were not aware of.
On our trip, all the connections and transportation worked perfectly, the accommodations were first rate, the guides were very good, and we had a great time. We loved Trip Harvest's travel app that we downloaded on our phones and tablets before we left. The app was so easy to use and you didn't have to be online to access it. Having your day by day flights, itinerary, location information, restaurant recommendations and other tips at your fingertips was very helpful.
Trip Harvest listened to what was important to us and arranged spot-on excursions that were everything we wanted. We had a wonderful time and will recommend the firm to our friends.

I used Trip Harvest when a few friends and I traveled down to Colombia. At first glance, it looked like they didn't build out trips for areas not covered on their website but I contacted them direct and they said they could customize trips down to South America outside of their suggest, prepackaged plans.

We had a basic itinerary that we wanted to follow but didn't want to deal with the details of transportation/accommodations/figuring out the best of what to see in Colombia and decided to get a quote from these guys. They were incredibly responsible and took into account what we were interested in experiencing and built out a trip from there. We received a quote that was exactly what we wanted plus pricing was competitive so we signed off with them.

The trip itself was fantastic! Transportation was seamless, the hotels that they booked for us were in the heart of town and they put together activities that included a nice blend of outdoor and historical sites. They were also flexible and provided local assistance when there were some airline snafus including delayed flights and baggage.

I would definitely recommend Trip Harvest for anyone interested in visiting South America and will definitely use their services again on my next trip down south!

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation in Argentina. This trip was a long time in the making due to COVID. Evan and Trip Harvest could not have been more accommodating. We were a group of 7, so everyone had different ideas and over the the almost 3 years in the making, some things changed. Between canceling and rescheduling twice, changing the length of the vacation, and adding an extra person, Trip Harvest was quickly able to arrange (and rearrange) everything perfectly. I would highly recommend them. The trip had what we wanted to do with enough help that getting around was stress free while allowing us time to explore on our own. We really felt like it was our vacation and not herded around on a big tour. I think we were able to do the maximum amount in our limited time. It's a trip that none of us will forget.

Trip Harvest planned one of the best trips of my life. It was a family vacation to Chile (Patagonia area). It was great because it was something my 82 year old parents could do and enjoy along with the rest of my family of varying ages. Everything was planned perfectly and to the last detail. No stone was left unturned. We couldn't have imagined such a more beautiful well thought out unique and exciting family experience. Thank you Trip Harvest!!

Evan was very responsive from the start, and our customized itinerary was truly customized for the needs of our family, which included two young children and two senior citizens. We truly enjoyed ourselves in Chile and Argentina, and the sights, sounds, and food were truly memorable. Well done Trip Harvest - I will not hesitate in recommending it!

Evan and the Trip Harvest crew booked the most amazing South American experience for us. We visited over the Christmas break and were surprised that he was always available to answer questions and help us organize last minute changes. We visited Argentina and Peru, with a pretty hectic, rapid paced schedule and every detail was beautifully planned.

THE BEST OF THE BEST  -We just completed our first trip arranged by Trip Harvest and we can not say enough good things about them.  Evan, the owner, has lived in South America for 15 years and has traveled there extensively.  Not only is he knowledgeable but he is very sensitive to our desires and unique needs.  He responses to us quickly and fully.  He always is looking out for our interest.  For example, without us knowing, the government of Argentia announced that all flights to/from the U.S. would not be permitted two days before our scheduled trip home.   This is when we received an urgent email from Trip Harvest informing us of this and our urgent need to change our reservations home.  Since we personally booked our flights and this was our responsibility, I immediately attempted unsuccessfully to change our return reservation The airline's server had crashed and we waited on line with the airlines several hours but could not get through.  This is when Trip Harvest though a local contractor successfully changed our flight so we could safely return home before flights ceased.  This assistance was above and beyond their responsibility.  We have already booked our second trip with Trip Harvest.

We were three middle aged couples (part of a larger group of friends headed to Patagonia for hiking), and Evan set up three days in Santiago and Valparaiso for us. He was very responsive and accommodating, with a number of different suggestions we probably never would have found on our own. He arranged accommodations at very nice hotels, set us up with a van, driver and a great guide, arranged airport transfers and left us enough free time to also explore on our own. All at a price I thought to be very reasonable. I couldn't have been more pleased, and I would recommend Trip Harvest to anyone considering a trip to that part of the world.

Evan and Trip Harvest were absolutely amazing in their planning for us. We have 4 guys and traveled to multiple destinations in Ecuador and Galapagos. They literally had a guide set up for us from when we landed to when we left! They set up a day room to shower before our red eye too. Tons of recommendations too! I wish they did every country so we could use them every year. Amazing job and thank you!!

I was very pleased with the trip organized by Trip Harvest when I went on vacation to Chile for a week. They were very flexible and responsive in drawing up an itinerary consistent with my requests in terms of where to go and how much time to spend in each location. So I would highly recommend Trip Harvest for those seeking someone to arrange their travel.

Flawless . Well advised, well planned. Evan knows South America in detail. He even suggested very good vegetarian restaurants for all stays throughout our trip. He went out of his way and changed our hotel in few hours in one destination. All the tours, tour operators, sites, hotels were very very nice. Guides were fully knowledgeable for any questions you have.All the private cars were bigger for our needs, drivers were supportive for my wife’s walking problem. It would surely help if guides would provide daily information in PRINT before starting. Also we would prefer them using Microphone and speaker systems in bigger cars.
Yes we will definitely go back to him for future trips. I recommend you all HIGHLY.

Evan is fantastic to deal with. He is very thorough and chose interesting activities and areas for us to visit us through Patagonia. We loved the tour, and everything ran super smoothly. We would definitely use Trip Harvest again.

Trip Harvest planned our perfect post cruise adventure to Iguaçu Falls. We asked for the entire trip to be planned, guides/translators, round trip air from Rio, falls view room in a fabulous hotel, and all of the travel fees. We were thrilled with the arrangements, the people and the beautiful Iguaçu Falls. Even though we had a schedule of places to see, we also had all of the flexibility that we needed. We never had to wait for our guide or our car, which reduces the stress of traveling internationally immensely. Our guides were knowledgeable about the science, culture and life in Brazil and Argentina. They were willing to share personal experiences and life stories as well. It was a wonderful adventure, in an unbelievable place that we will always remember fondly.

We have just returned from South America from a combination Trip Harvest tour connected to a Viking Cruise afterward.
The arrangements, bookings, transportation, and guide services that were provided were beyond excellent. The costs for the entire 10 days were very reasonable, and there were no surprise costs. Our trip included 3 days in Rio de Janeiro, 2 days at Iguazu Falls, and 3 days in Buenos Aires. Trip harvest also arranged the connecting airline flights thru EXITO flight consolidators. The hotel accomodations at the "4 star" level were excellent. All three hotels were in excellent locations and safe surroundings. The trip went off without a single glitch. I was really impressed, and will use their services in the future

Trip harvest gave us a marvelous itinerary when we decided to take an extra week after our Backroads trip in Chile. Everything Evan planned for us was a delight, with a special treat being the island of Chiloe and Tierra Chiloe.

Traveling should encompass the word "seamless". Trip Harvest does and outstanding job across the board. Very knowledgeable owner, outstanding and informative guides, excellent accommodations, and top rate drivers and transportation. Will most definitely use their services in the future!
