From the moment I clicked on the website and ordered swatches, I knew this was the place to have my sofa made. The selections Dream Sofa offers are plenty. They offer the most wide range of fabrics. My Sofa is the “Chicago” and is in Lana Peacock fabric. I never got to see this sofa in person so I was taking a chance ”that it would be made well and arrive safely.

I can tell you that I just am super impressed at the communication once I placed my order to the white glove delivery. These sofas are hand crafted and well built. Solid wood construction like furniture should be. The fabric is awesome and pretty much cat hair resistant. I LOVE the firmness of my sofa too! I chose the medium cushions so they are firm but have some give.

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan and Karla. Their design team sent a selection of materials based on photos of the space, decor we were planning, and the sofa we were replacing.

I highly recommend spending the extra money for the spring core cushions. I have little doubt this couch will still be comfortable and in good shape 8-10 years from now. When I compare the sofa we received with similarly priced options from traditional furniture retailers, I am blown away at what DreamSofa delivered. This is not simply another direct to consumer brand cutting costs by selling direct; they take quality seriously and have actually tested the hundreds of materials they offer. Construction is sound and sturdy, delivery was much faster than promised in my case (I'm not terribly far from LA).

I think the secret has gotten out about this company and they are REALLY busy, but if you are patient and don't mind a bit of back and forth during design and ordering, it is really worth the time. Our sofa is the showpiece of our living room and really makes our home feel special.

The website doesn't emphasize this, but you can customize the depth of the seating - in the case of the Brussels, I highly recommend this if you will be lounging on the couch.

We were able to have a sofa made that fits perfectly in our living room. The quality is excellent and it is a beautiful couch. The material is very soft but seems really durable. We had some issues with the third party shipping, but Karla & Ryan with customer service were so helpful in taking care of things promptly to get the delivery sorted out. We ordered the 70” Cannes Sofa Sleeper in Catalina Silver about a week after Thanksgiving 2023 and our order was delivered on 2/2/24. Given the holidays I was not troubled by that slightly longer than promised timeframe. I ordered “the wave/medium” comfort cushions, the full luxe bed with luxe mattress. The couch is great, so high quality and the color/fabric was exactly as the swatch we chose. The cushions are firm (what we wanted) and perfect for a home office that will rarely but sometimes be used for an extra guest bedroom. I dealt with Marissa for the order, Veronica on the delivery and Karla at the end. All three were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We had a slight concern over the luxe mattress (an upgrade) not being as comfortable as we had hoped. Karla suggested letting the mattress be open for 24 hours to puff up a bit and I do think it helped. She was also nice enough to ship a mattress topper to alleviate our concerns. If the bed portion of the sofa is a concern, you might go one more level up. I think with the topper and a plush mattress pad it will be fine considering it will only be used a few times a year anyway. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from Dream Sofa again!

We ordered the custom made Bordeaux Sectional in Royal Eclipse in Plush - Medium-Firm. It is the most elegant and stylish sofa we've ever seen, as well extremely comfortable! The quality of the sofa is amazing.
I would also like to give a big shout out to the Customer Service staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we received our sofa in a time manner. Customer Care managers oversaw our delivery every step of the way to ensure that it was expedited every step of the way. They were always very friendly and helpful over email and phone.

Buying a sofa without sitting on it is an exercise of faith. But during my research I found DreamSofa to offer value, quality, and customization that is difficult to match. Build to order comes with lead time, and I’ll admit that my faith was tested during the long wait. It was clear from my discussions with the helpful Karla in the shipping department that DreamSofa can provide this value by operating a small team. If you’re like me and want the cost to be in the product itself rather than the website/branding/marketing than you’re in the right spot. Keep the faith and have patience with the small staff to be rewarded with a sofa you won’t regret buying sight unseen.

We ordered the 77" Paris sofa in Durham Lime Green. We went with the Wave comfort level. We are really impressed with the whole process from start to finish and customer service was the best, especially Karla with following up in both phone calls and in emails. Delivery was exceptional and living out of state was tax free, which was a plus!
The sofa was extremely well made and comfortable. I had concerns of the fabric and they were exceptional with answering my questions and also keeping a file for furture reference. If doing it over, I would have probably chosed the firm cushions, just me having it here, but the medium is fine. I added the striped pillows, and the cat haha, (not included)

January 2024 update...The material seems to be baggy on the bottom cushions in the center and don't have the bounce back it once had and back cushions are loosing their shape, going more to the round than rectangular shape.
The back cushions are not a formed pillow, rather just fiberfill and tend to round out, the bottom seat is not as firm as I'd like it to be having upgraded, and compresses when you sit on it. While it's still comfortable, it needs flipping and smoothing to make it look nice, starting to sit lower than I had anticipated.

My dream DreamSofa arrived yesterday and it's a winner. From the initial order with Marisa to the order updates from Veronica to resolution of small delivery problem by Karla, I could not be more pleased. Each of them handled my questions and concerns professionally and promptly. All in all it was a great experience.

I received my new sofas and they are absolutely beautiful. They are well built and so comfortable. Marissa was fantastic in helping me with my selection and very reassuring as I was somewhat afraid about ordering without actually seeing what I was getting. When I woke up in a sweat after placing my order she quickly made my changes without any questions. I would highly recommend this company. So many options-it makes getting the sofa you are dreaming of a breeze!

I received my sleeper sofa last week and the quality is fantastic. The Oslo fits perfect in my office and the white glove delivery was worth every penny. The delivery people brought it directly into my house and placed it into my office for me without any problems. I'm looking to order again for my living room!

I recently acquired two couches in the same price range: one from Dream Sofa, and one from a competitor (both Made in USA, custom).

First, about the product. The Dream Sofa not only boasts more features (a true sleeper), it is objectively better built with better materials. I am exacting when it comes to what I buy and from whom. The couch feels like it will well withstand the test of time, kids, pets and my habitual nighttime routine that involves a lot of couch time after being heavily active all day.

Second, about the service. The delivery of both sofas occurred in about the same manner, only, The Dream Sofa incurred a small bit of damage to the feet during moving. These things happen. But what I could have never expected is that upon contacting Dream Sofa they IMMEDIATELY took responsibility and action. They did not have to, but they did. I had someone lined up to come repair it within a day thanks to Karla C.

Honestly, so many companies are having trouble with customer service right now and this is by far the best experience I have had with ANY customer service person across ANY industry.

Now…the competitor sofa company? I could hardly get through to them to find out when it would be coming which leaves me really hoping I never have an issue with the product itself (which, with the lesser build quality and material, I suspect I will and dealing with them will probably be a doozy).

The staff at dream sofa was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and patient. It is exactly what I expected. The white glove delivery went perfectly. My neighbors who sat on it yesterday said it didn't have hard areas on each end like the sofa beds they just bought. Already got a smudge on the arm which was removed easily. Would recommend to my best friend!

We got the Brussels Sofa with Prisma-Hydrate color and the firm cushions. It is quite comfortable. Delivery was smooth and sofa looks very sturdy. Will update this in a year or so if I remember.
