I had my varicose and spider veins removed by Dr Fattahi. He is a leader in his field and I would not have anyone else work on my veins but him. He knows exactly what he is doing and has such a gentle touch and way about him. I am so glad I took a leap of faith to get this done. I feel lucky to have landed on Dr Fattahi. You will be in very good hands with him.

I've had a great experience with this clinic and Dr.Fattahi thus far. I came for treatment of varicose and spider veins and was impressed during my consultation by the doctor's knowlege and expertise of his treatments. He does all ultrasound diagnosis/intake himself and it's very evident that he's been practicing this exact skill for years. He quoted me for 5 treatments and yet it seems we'll be entirely done in 4. I can't believe how much better my legs look and feel and I'm very pleased with the demeanor of Dr. Fattahi and his staff who are all very kind, welcoming and professional. Considering the cost of other treatments plus down time, possible side effects, etc. I do feel quite happy with the value, outcome, safety and effectiveness of the specific foam treatment he uses. They are willing to educate on why they use the technology they use and the upsides compared to other solutions on the market. Overall quite impressed and pleased! Thank you!

So glad I took care of my varicose veins! Dr Fattahi is a genius! I learned so much as he insisted on treating the rootcause and then addressing the unsightly veins. I didn't even realize how much my leg had been aching. He is the absolute expert in this field and his progressive treatment plan included his own innovative laser treatment. Additionally, I had a complicated bulge from a childhood injury that required a lot of attention. He was careful, kind and just plain great!y leg is so much better...feels and looks!

Above and beyond all around! My mother and I have have been Dr. Fattahi's patients for over 10 years. His knowledge and expertise are unmatched. All treatments we’ve received have been meticulously explained and performed. We appreciated the way he patiently explained what he was doing during the spider vein sclerotherapy treatments as well as how he provided clear expectations and post-treatment instructions. In addition to being the best in everything veins, he also has a keen eye in the application of Botox (he also offers Dysport if that’s your preference!). The ambiance in Dr. Fattahi’s clinic is very welcoming. We will definitely continue scheduling appointments.

I have seen Dr Fattahi at Vein Specialty Clinic 4 times in the last couple of years for sclerotherapy if spider veins. My experience has been total satisfaction with the doctor who really knows this specialty well and pays attention to the details. Also I would like to express my appreciation with all staff at this practice. Once the doctor laid down the treatment plans, the staff explained financial items leaving no room for surprises. I should add that I had received sclerotherapy at another vein clinic with poor results. Dr.Fattahi cleared all of my unsightly veins successfully and quickly at a reasonable cost. I have referred all my relatives and friends to to Dr Fattahi for their varicose veins and spider veins treatments. My friends have been pleased with services received from Dr. Fattahi.

Dr. Fattahi is by far the best veins specialist around. I have been treated in a number of other clinics before and it was just a waste of money and time. I went to Dr. Fattahi after seeing my friend's great sclerotherapy treatment results. I didn't hesitate because I had seen with my own eyes that he does an excellent job. I had a couple of sclerotherapy sessions a performed by Dr Fattahi. The injections were less painful than laser hair removal, just like a tiny needle sticks. Every step before, during, and after the procedure was clearly explained. I was asking like a hundreds of questions, and all my questions were answered by the doc patiently and in details.
Every sclerotherapy visit took 30+ minutes (other places I’ve checked do 15 min sessions). All the injections were performed by the doctor (not the nurse, as in other more expensive clinics), as well as initial ultrasound check of my legs veins.
I recommend Vein Specialty Medical Center for anyone seeking treatments of this nature. I highly recommend this place to all my friends and family.

If I could give him 10 stars I would. My husband and I visited this place due to me having big ugly varicose veins in my legs, my main problem was concentrated on my right leg. To begin with, the assistant was very nice and most importantly bilingual. The room where they had us wait was very clean and organized, on the walls there were some real life pictures of people demonstrating the result of before and after the treatment, next to the pictures were some diplomas and acknowledgements. For the varicose veins that i had, he recommended me the Sclerostherapy treatment. He demmonstrated and explained to me the medicine he was going to use which resolved my doubts. Then he took pictures of my varicose veins so that I could see the results of before and after, and in the first visit he, had made the first section. My husband noticed a big difference on my legs, which motivated me to keep on with the treatment. With only three short term sections my ugly varicose veins had disappeared, the treatment of Sclerotherapy was not painful at all. I give faith and legalty to my testimony, I honestly recommend Dr. Fattahi who is a specialist of veins. I am more then happy and satisfied that I was his patient. If he solved my problem he is for sure to solve yours.

I don't know how to start about the health benefit I've earned after visiting doctor fattahi's VSM clinic. I was suffering from Cardiovascular disease on my legs & wearing a high compression stocking For at least 6 years. After my 1st visit with doctor fattahi, He has immediately identified The issues and start giving me laser surgery Procedure which is top of the line technology ,which he has on hand with having ultrasound done in his own clinic as well along Along with all the surgical procedure. I believe, he's one of the best 1 in the industry. After a few visit I'm completely cured. I'm completely free of compression Stocking & have been walking fine without any back pain ,leg pain & life goes happily forward And in my understanding because this procedure has been done all in his clinic with having all the updates Ultrasound technology which he combines with his knowledge and do laser surgery at same office it's avoiding any kind of miscommunication in between the 2 different offices or doctors .I highly encourage anyone to visit his office, before Wasting money and time elsewhere and see results your self.

Update. Great treatment results noted just a week after vein ablation. Best and most detailed works for my complex varicose veins. I highly recommend .

I love this vein clinic! I've been coming here for years to keep my legs looking and feeling great. I'm 55 now and year after year, I still think Dr Fattahi is the best vein doctor!!!!!

Suffering from varicose? He does magic.

I went to Dr Fatahi’s office mainly because I had two blue veins on my thighs I wanted to have removed. Although he didn’t have any reviews at the time he seemed nice and knowledgeable so I moved forward after the initial consultation with treatment. He said it would take two sessions, possibly three at most to get rid of the main blue veins and a few others. Four sessions later he got rid of the blue veins but there began a rash of brand new small red veins that emerged after the session. I emailed the doctor to ask what was happening, why these veins appeared, and if they would go away. He responded that I have a certain skin type that is prone to this type of reaction (which was definitely not mentioned to me during our initial consultation) and that I had signed a general waiver about the possible side effects of treatment sort of like I was supposed to know these things? It’s been very stressful to say the least and I didn’t want to post anything negative but my experience and results weren’t what I had expected them to be.

URGENT: READ BEFORE BOOKING APPT WITH DR. FATTAHI

Interested in sclerotherapy or venous ablation for my spider veins, I called Dr. Fattahi’s office to inquire about treatment. I was assured by the office person, Noushi, that Dr. Fattahi regularly performed these treatments on his patients so I booked an appt.

When I received the confirmation it included a Covid precaution list instructing patients NOT to wear masks. But that’s an issue for another day!

After booking the appt. I ended up talking to two of Dr. Fattahi’s patients who both said he requires patients do more invasive procedures prior to any cosmetic work. Since I had clearly indicated that I wasn’t interested in this, I decided to book at the CA Skin Institute rather than seeing Dr. Fattahi. Despite being misled, I still fully intended to pay the cancellation fee of $165.

In the 48 hours following my missed appt. Noushi has harassed me with 12 text messages and 4 phone calls, berating me for not coming. I have never experienced nor heard of a doctor’s office treating a patient with so much hostility before. Not only do I feel like her relentless messages are harassing but they are also very nasty in nature. And all over a no-show!

Are they just angry because I didn’t give them enough notice to back fill the slot with another patient so they could bill me $165 while also charging another patient at the same time?

I am so happy I decided to use a different medical practice to address my spider veins. It would have been a huge mistake to keep this appointment.
