Great shop! We tend to shop here when we want high quality or specialized equipment with knowledgeable people to help us make the best selections. This week we picked up gear to begin skijoring with our new rescue dog and couldn't be happier with the gear. Dog and humans had a blast! And lucky for us, the gal that helped us in-store happened to be on the mountain on our first day up there and further assisted with the dog's harness fit.

Came in looking for two sets of nordic skis and got exactly what we were looking for. Great shop with a nicely sized inventory and the owners are friendly and very helpful.

I am just getting started on my bike riding journey and Fitness Fanatics came highly recommend from several people. I stopped in today to get set up with some bike shorts so I can sit on the bike for longer than 5 minutes 😊. I called first and spoke with Robin. She was extremely helpful and enthusiastic about helping get me started. She checked her inventory to confirm they would have what I needed in stock before I ever even stepped foot through the door. When I went in to confirm fit she was extremely helpful and covered everything from proper fit to material maintenance/care and provided some much needed insite on what to do and expect when first getting started. This was the best experience!!!!

Came in for the nordic ski swapp it was my first time in there store and the experience was excellent. We got there early and they actually had a list going so we waited in the warm car till the opened once inside the employees were super helpful and attentive even though they were swamped. I had a older gentleman help me find an excellent pair of skis and he gave me some good tips on boot selection also. At the checkout they were very prompt and professional pricing was a amazing deal even on there new merchandise. It was a very nice experience I must say I will definitely be back to there store just for the customer service alone!

These people are the BEST!!! I wasn’t sure if x-country would be for me, so I didn’t want to spend a fortune to get started. They offered to let me rent (at their Mt Spokane Nordic park location) so I could try it out. Then, since I loved it, they gave me a credit equal to the amount I spent on rentals for use in their store! When I went out to their valley location, they were very helpful, listened well, and helped me get a great package that balanced price and quality to get me started. These people are honest, provide quality products, have tons of experience, and a real desire to help people get out there and enjoy life. They are my go-to for all my skiing needs! ❄

We are training for our first sprint triathlon and a friend recommended fitness fanatics. The staff was So nice and helpful. We ended up renting 2 wetsuits and will most likely buy some more gear because they are so knowledgeable and encouraging. I think they said almost all of their staff has done some sort of triathlon, so they are the real deal.

I was looking for a complete set of XC ski gear to get back into the sport, and after a quick Google search of gear shops in Spokane, Fitness Fanatics was at the top of the list. I went into the store and was immediately greeted by Mark and the friendly shop dog, Anya. Mark helped me through the sizing and selection process with obvious expertise and professionalism, answering my many questions about gear and the local area, and not pressuring me into any purchases. COVID supply chain issues aside, the gear selection was impressive, the shop has a welcoming environment, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend shopping here, and I will be a returning customer!

Great customer service! The first day, I walked in asking about the Centennial Trail and not only had it described to me and personally shown a trail entrance, but I was told I could park in front of the store. On day 2, I walked in with my bike needing some repairs a couple hours before closing, explaining that I was from out of town and wished to use my bike while on vacation. They fixed the bike, did a great job, and charged a very reasonable price. The place looks really scuzzy on the outside, but inside is a great recreational toy store with knowledgeable folks and fine service.

Super friendly and knowledgeable employees, bought my bike and they put it together for me and then sat with me for like an hour just explaining how everything works and answered any questions I had. I will not shop anywhere else when it comes to the bike!

At the age of 41, 2014 is my first introductory year into the sport of triathlons. I was introduced to Robin, John, and their wonderful staff at Fitness Fanatics.
From purchasing my first wetsuit, my first tribike, and the multitude of accessories (Garmin 910xt, Aero front cage, rear water cages, gels, protein bars, and lets not forget... the NUMEROUS amounts of tubes) the whole team has offered nothing but absolute wonderful advice, techniques, and most of all, support.
Fitness Fanatics is an absolute must for those in the Tri world when it comes to equipment needs, training, and support.
Looking forward to their assistance in getting me to the finish line of Ironman 2015!
