My wife and I had a great experience with Gavin Garrett at your N. Division store in Spokane, WA. Gavin is a perfect example of professionalism and customer caring. His extensive knowledge of not only the various Sleep Number products / accessories, but also the tips and means he offered to achieve a restful night's sleep were greatly appreciated and proved to be invaluable. He responded to my many questions with the patience and knowledge of a seasoned professional. It was obvious that his responses were accurate and to the point without any of the typical "salesmanship" often experienced elsewhere. Without question, Gavin earned our trust and confidence --which resulted in the purchase of a 360 Smart Bed ---our third Sleep Number over the past 30+ years.

We purchased a new Sleep Number bed to replace the one we purchased 19 years ago. The upgrades that have been made in the last 19 years were demonstrated by the staff. Mary Katherine was knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
The gentlemen that delivered the bed arrived early after calling to make sure that worked for our schedule. They set up our new bed, explained how it works and took our old mattress and base away.
Overall, it was a great experience. AND we love the new mattress.

He wasn't high pressure and listened closely to what we were saying so that he could get us to the right bed fit for our bodies! Cannot wait for our bed to arrive! Mary Catherine was very knowledgeable and helpful. She walked us through the whole system of the Sleep Number Beds. She answered all of our questions and took us from bed to bed adjusting each one to our number to help us decide what we wanted. It was nice having great customer service.

We recently purchased a wonderful Sleep Number bed and we can't wait to sleep in it. The salesman was very personable and explained the functions of the bed very well. We were very impressed with how comfortable the mattress was-my husband almost fell asleep and didn't really want to get up! We thank them for their hospitality.

Gabriel was very good at showing us each of the beds available and completely explained the value of each. He was thorough and informative and I will certainly recommend him to our friends. We can’t wait to start sleeping in our new bed!

Very pleased with how Gregory explained the various options and payment options. We are owners of a much older Sleep Number bed and wanted to upgrade. Gregory walked us through the different versions and that made making a choice easy. We love our old Sleep Number and anticipate really liking our new one.

So I haven’t received the bed yet but I can tell you that when me and wife into the store we immediately greeted. As we were discussing options with the rep she had us lay down on the floor model to get our numbers. As she adjusted the bed and got my number ( which is 40) my back immediately felt better... I can you from that experience alone, a whole 5 mins I know this bed is going to the best purchase of 2019 by far. Thank you sleep number bed!

Everyone in the store are amazing and so helpful. We had a great experience in store. On the other hand, customer service is horrible. I ordered headboard brackets and when I called customer service because they didn’t include the hardware to attach the brackets to the bed they informed me it would be an additional $15 plus shipping.(four screws 🤦🏼‍♀) Customer service also gave me false information about not being able to send someone out to help attach the brackets. The store is great, if you have to deal with customer service, good luck.

Taylor was amazing. Such a helpful rep. We came in to get our daughter and fiancé a bed for a wedding gift and he set them up with a great bed and new pillows! We will definitely recommend him.

Great store, great people! This particular Sleep Number Store has very attentive, very helpful people working here. They all help each other and the customer. Sleep Number bed is the best bed I've ever used!!

Visited Sleep Number during Black Friday and got a great deal on a new bed! Now I'm laying on it and enjoying it in my own home where they actually came and set it up for us. Test drive your own and see what you think.

Love Sleep Number store in Spokane wa. Tracy sure knows their beds so I tried them. Wow what a difference in each one and the features each one has.

I have owned a Sleep Number bed for 19 years and I love it! I have just purchased and currently waiting for my brand new P5 Sleep Number bed. It is a nice store and the people there are very helpful.
