Ramos Furniture

My husband and I recently moved to the Bay Area and Went to purchase a living room set, and dinning set from Ramos Furniture and our experience was exceptional. The sales rep was Adriana she was patient , very knowledgeable of the products. She was very attentive which we really appreciated. Being new to this area it was nice to find somebody that answered all our questions and assisted the way she did. The living spaces in this area are quite different from where we came from so finding the right items was a plus. We really recommend her. The delivery itself was very pleasant and prompt as well. We’ll be going back to get our bedroom set. Thank you Adriana for great customer service.

My husband and I were looking for a bedroom set. Our sales rep Jorge was fantastic! He helped get us a wonderful deal on an Ashley set that I fell in love with. I am very happy with the courteous manner we were treated and the store offers a variety of styles to choose from. I will definitely be returning in the future for a new living room set!

I have not received my items yet (which I'm aware of) however, the service has been great so far! I will go back to buy other furnitures there. Once my items get delivered I will leave another review of my overall experience on yelp!

Stopped by Ramos for the first time, huge showroom set up with no high-pressure sales people at the door. They left me to get the lay of the land for about 5 mins, then a very nice saleswoman came by to see if I had any questions. I found just what I wanted but it was a bit pricey, they worked with me on the price automatically without me having to haggle and I got a great deal. Took 5 mins to set up 0% financing for a year. I don’t have the couch yet, but assuming no problems this was a fantastic furniture buying experience.

It took me longer to finally write my view then it did for my furniture to get here. 2 weeks ago we went in on a Sunday me and my family. We have a 3 year old so she was running around all wild but the staff was helpful and showed us a dressers that we were looking for . Picked up a dreeser and a chest. They told me it would take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. We got it 3 days later . The delivery staff was so efficient and friendly. We had stuff delivered for way fair and there staff was rude and took 6 times to finally deliver the product. I recommend Ramos Furniture. Thank you for the fast and great service

They have a lot of options to finance and are much more lienent on your history
Just pay attention to how to lease in being financed and make sure you call your lease holder when you need to to get the correct time to pay
You can pay weekly or monthly

Loved the collection which is put up in the store! The furniture is all pure wood. For a long term investment purpose one can plan for it

Not sure what to expect when I visited this furniture store but I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received here! There was a salesman by the name if Jorge that approached us when we were looking at furniture and he was not "pushy" at all and just let us know that he would be available to help us if we needed it. We ended up buying two sofas here for a relatively good price which included shipping as well as taking away our old sofas. But this was not all, after I got home, I realized that the price of online for the sofas than what I paid for in the store so I went back to the next day to see if they would match thier online price and they said "most certainly"!! They write me up a new invoice and I saved over $200 since they agreed to match thier online price!! Great customer service here and got a better deal than I originally thought!! I would highly recommend Ramos if you're looking to buy a piece of furniture!! So glad that I decided to come here to refurnish my living room!!!

My wife and I, took the weekend to look for a new sofa. We had being at this store before and had like the style of furniture, so we decided to return.
Miguel was the sales professional help us, he let us feel very welcome, provided all answers for questions we had. We got a sofa set and he make sure everything will be as we had requested. Im really happy with the experience, and next time i will stop here first before buy any furniture.

Found a mattress and sofa here recently at a nice discounted price. I loved their selection and really admired how the sale reps were not pushy. They geinuinly helped us out in making our decision without going overboard. Great customer service and a fantastic selection of quality furniture.

Bought a beautiful love seat from Ramos Furiture. There was a small mix up on the delivery date and Ramos went above and beyond to fix it and make us happy. Will definitely bring my business to Ramos.

Everything went as expected -- we bought couches and they were delivered about a week later. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, we're pleased with the service we were given.

Good prices. Great service. I lost my purchase receipt. One quick call to the store sorted it out. They were very helpful.

This location was going out of business, but not parent company, so if it's open still and you like something, it's possible to get clearance price on similar piece from warehouse! Definitely worth a try

They asked me what I was looking for and the price range .... and showed me everything they had within those limits! It was so easy I furnished my whole apartment in less then an hour!

We could only find compact loveseat bed there. And it was by Serta. Very happy.
