Bought 3 pairs of Crocs. Get 15% discount for purchase of 2 (or more?). Still a tad pricey but really comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful. Store was well stocked with new editions.

Visited on March 24, 2023 afternoon.

I ordered some shoes online and found that they did not suit me, so I printed out a return slip and walked into the store with them. The young man at the register spotted me and asked if I had a return, then summoned me over. It was a quick, pleasant transaction. I commented to him that the Google reviews said that they were really mean about returns, but that he was very nice. He knew about the reviews, and thanked me for the compliment. So I guess it has made a difference. Thanks to all who paved the way for me so I didn't need to do battle.

This store went out of their way to meet my needs when I brought in a croc that was defective and had some issues after purchasing it a few months ago from this store. Gabriel and his staff went the extra mile to ensure that I was given a fair deal on a replacement pair. I felt happy with the customer service and the way they handled my issue. I would recommend shopping here!
