The people that work here, are top notch (except for Justin Hooper and Katie Lambeth. BOTH are worthless and sellout uncle Tom's) ,and it feels like a family in a lot of ways. If someone doesn't like this place, they need to look inward at themselves. Instead of whining. I said what I said.

Friendly, helpful, positive attitudes and a real yearning to assist any situation to implement the best experience for the customers. The drivers are awesome as well as the internal staff that makes up FedEx ground!

I work for this company so my opinion of it is going to be very high! Lol. Fedex is awesome! Ship your packages through FedEx and they will be well taken care of!

Our Fedex facility is awesome! I’m not too happy with their 1-800 customer service it’s actually very discouraging they tell you tough cookies if you’re not there package gets sent back- I’ve had multiple issues with calling the customer service # and trying to voice to them I’m not home during the day- I can’t be there and I live in an apartment with 15 other units and some shady folks who love to pirate my packages- after calling the 1800 # several times getting someone who can’t grasp what I’m telling them- I WONT BE HOME- Where can I go to get my package? I’m a mom, I don’t have hours a day to sit on the porch waiting for it to be delivered- I was able to reach the main fedex ground location/warehouse and explained my predicament to a very helpful gentleman and he was so professional and told me no worries- they would hold it for 7 days for me to come and sign & pick up. Thank you SPOKANE Fedex employees you’d guys have always been amazing!

Recently became employed with upper left logistics. They are everything they've said to be. Something that seems to be rare in the trucking industry lately. Great owners and very well managed.

Dealt with Angela, personally located my package, and called me back, she was honest about lack of drivers, and miscoding errors- canceled delivery attempts as "weather" related. I finally will called after five straight days of canceled delivery!!! 5* ONLY because of Angela, our entire community is complaining about lack of deliveries, and lies been going on for weeks.

The address is correct we are in industrial park but have our own address. I as a driver (yes I work for fed ex) go above and beyond to make sure every pkg on my truck gets delivered daily. The pkg handlers are great and management strives to make sure our operations run smoothly each and everyday.

Fedex ground Is on top of there game. Fast delivery, reliable, and professional. The company is about customer service, and will do what it takes to make it right. Above and beyond the United States Postal Service, which has a hard time delivering a 30lb package to my door. These guys deliver 150lbs and drop it right in front of the front door, even if it's up a flight of stairs.

Helpful, friendly staff. They let me both pick up and drop off a pre-paid package. It is closer to us than Kinko's and stuff goes out a lot faster. I highly recommend this location.

This is my first job and I love working here, my coworkers are nice and the managers actually care how you are doing in life and I honestly wasn't expecting to love a job so much. Lol plus those paychecks be good too 😅

These guys are the only ones w/ accurate time quotes (to get to destination on time) during the holidays. A must have service for the larger packages!
