AC Hotel by Marriott San Jose Santa Clara

This is a nice hotel in the center of Santa Clara. It is nothing spectacular, but it provides a cozy atmosphere, clean room and bathroom, and fairly comfortable bed and pillows. The housekeeping is good. The water pressure for shower could have been better, but I understand they might have done it to conserve water. They served breakfast in the lobby area, but I didn't try it. The hotel is nothing fancy but modern and pretty convenient for people who are staying for business. Overall, if you are a business traveler, I recommend staying at AC Hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the modern room layout. The staff was over-the-top helpful, they printed a couple things for me. I did have a bit of trouble with the AC/heat and they sent someone right away to look at it. Since they couldn't fix the problem, they offered to switch rooms, sent a blanket and comped my breakfast for the trouble.

Nice, clean and welcoming. This hotel is in a very convenient location off the freeway. I appreciated the room layout and the hardwood floors. Hotel looked modern and new. I did have some issues controlling the shower temperature as it was very hard to dial into perfect temperature. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, very clean with a small gym. You have to pay for parking but street parking is easy (don't leave anything in your car). The staff is nice. The view of the highway is not bad but noisy.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities. They make you feel at home by adding personal touches to the rooms. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. My room was spotless and the bed and linens were super comfy.

Scott B. at the front desk checked me in and was very friendly and accommodating. I’d called ahead to try and get an early check in, which he was kind enough to accommodate. When I got there to check in, he remembered me from the call and welcomed me with a smile. He also followed up with a personalized email after my checkout.

For me, cleanliness, room size and features and customer service are what make me give this rating.

There are snacks and appetizers available at hotel, but you’ll want to eat out for full meals. Full breakfast is available via buffet if you opt in.

Rooms have wonderful touches to make you want to stay in them all day long. The place is nice and quiet and geared toward adults and business stays. You won’t regret choosing AC Marriott in Santa Clara!

Beautiful design! Very Elegant ! Ac always makes my trip smoother with the amount of details to make everything as simple and convenient as possible! The location was great! Very quiet and pleasant stay ! The staff were amazing and welcoming too ! I totally recommend it and would definitely come back again !

The hotel is beautiful and modern, and the service was awesome. The room was so different from other hotels we've stayed at. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely stay here!!

Loved this hotel. Very modern. My room had windows that went to the floor and looked out to the mountains. Only negative was breakfast is not included but it was available for an additional $20 per person and was very good.

Really clean, nice rooms. Loved the dual head shower. Not the best view of anything (empty derelict parking lot), but that wasn't a big impact for us. The lobby looks pretty slick as well. We didn't get to enjoy the bar or breakfast this trip around but we'll definitely try next time.

I stayed at the AC Hotel for 5 nights and I must say that it was indeed pleasurable. Well-appointed rooms, with modern touch everywhere. Everything about the room appeared to be extremely well thought out:

1. Excellent and very comfortable beds
2. TV which can connect to your subscriptions (like Netflix)
3. In room Coffee machine and accessories
4. Well designed wash area, separate toilet and bath with Grohe fittings

The icing on the cake was their water stations at all floors, fantastic idea, and a great value addition. Really made good use of it throughout my stay. I also liked that they refreshed the room very well everyday.

Overall, it was extremely well suited and designed for the typical business traveler. Will definitely come back.

PS: the breakfast spread looked great, could not try as the event I was attending had a breakfast meet-up.

Modern, chic and with simplicity. Nothing more and, nothing less, just nice even the room key is so simple yet stylish. The interior of the guest room is well-designed - furniture selection, color mix, materials on each aspect of the room is carefully chosen. Lot of outdoor seatings for a glimpse of the sun and breezes. Breakfast is a bit in chaos during rush hours. Optional parking by the street is free. $18 at structure. Overall, a great hotel by Marriott.

Beautiful property and very comfortable rooms. Gym was nice and I loved the water refill stations on every floor. It's nice not having to rely on bottled water.

Only complaint is that at least in my room, the main light switch also turned off the outlets and USB ports on the desk where I had my electronics plugged in. I woke up to nothing being charged. Breakfast options were also somewhat strange. The #2 special was an oily dish of egg, cheese and prosciutto. I would suggest custom ordering what you want.

Those aside, all good things. I used the bird scooters to get around which made getting to restaurants and coffee shops easy. There's also a multi use paved trail nearby that will take you all the way to the stadium and convention center.

Great hotel, great rooms! TV remotes are painfully slow.

Modern simple clean lines design. Lobby area is wide open for gathering with friends and fellow travelers. Bar was limited on selections as was market area. Good breakfast. Rooms are simple but functional. Very clean.

한국인이라면 이 호텔입니다. 단 조식이 유료임. I stayed here for more than a month, and I think this hotel is the most clean and comfortable hotel in the area. I especially love that hotel room floor is wood, not carpet. In addition, ammenities, removable shower head was good too. And most importantly, Mary Futialo was super kind and smart. Because of her kindness, my whole time in the hotel was so comfortable. 👍🏻

We stayed here 2 Nights for the 49er vs Bucs Game and it was the BEST!! Great Hospitality from all of the Staff! 😊 Room was exceptionally clean, beds were very comfy, and the TV had an option for watching Netflix from your personal account! The Room was very quiet as well (we were on the 3rd Floor) and had a nice view!

Smooth and Comfortable. As soon as I arrived, staff was there for me and helped me check in quick. The lobby smelled really good and the halls too. I really enjoyed my room and I was able to sleep well.Thank you.

This hotel was really nice. It looks relatively new. What stands out is the service. The women at the front desk has excellent customer service and quite accommodating. One took her time to show us the two available rooms so we could choose and signed me up for the rewards program so I could get an upgrade.

Excellent atmosphere and comfortable room! Staff was helpful and friendly! Pool is a bit small but very refreshing. They charge for parking but if you want to save your $25 all you have to do is park on the side street! They have security around at night. Bar is open as well and I recommend the beer on tap! I will definitely stay here again!

The only disadvantage is the location there is nothing to do around but I didn't mind because I enjoyed it :)
