THEY MADE HOLES IN MY SKIRT. They stuck 2 giant safety pins through the front on each side in order to hang it up. Instead of 1) using an alternate way to hang up the skirt like most places, or 2) pin it through the SEAM. This is just gross negligence and laziness. Oh, and the one small stain the skirt had, they managed to miss. I wonder if they even actually dry cleaned it, it was food, so pretty confident it'll come out when I take it somewhere else. Never again!!! That's what I get for picking proximity over cleaner quality

I gave sport jacket for dry clean and I took it back after more than a week. Once I look it out to wear it, I found out that it was not cleaned at all. It was also not smelling any better. It was very obvious that they returned my jacket as is without evening washing it, they charged me $8 for nothing. I will never go back to this place ever.
