Always super nice employees there. The manager is delight and they have the best stock in spokane.

The employees were very nice, helpful, knowledgeable of their products, & went above the norm to assist & help me. The cost of items is a bit pricey, then again it is a "Specialty store" & in the mall. The had some black lip stick, but no other colors.

I always love going here! I find new clothes and memorabilia from many different things. I really love getting the goth, alternative, and anime items. They also have patches which I plan on getting some in my next visit so I can put some on my vintage jean jackets.

The Diner is on 27 in Tekoa. Handicapped accessible. Good food. Great people. It is an awesome way to start a day.

Also, best burger I have had out in a long time.

I love Hot Topic! They always have so many items to choose from. Clothes, jewelry, blankets, hats, makeup, accessories, and so much more! The people are always friendly when I go in. Great place to shop for those that have a bit of a darker side.

Great customer service and store presentation. I went I. To buy some body jewelry and was given one on one help until I was complete with my decision which wasnt a quick one, they were very patient with me and kind, sweet and helpful. After helping me for about 15 minutes during a very busy time of the day they proceeded to check me out and sign me up for great deals

I love this Hot Topic so much! Every time I come they are so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to newly released items and any other questions or concerns I have about items throughout the store. They’ve been very accommodating, friendly, and clean which is much appreciated since the COVID-19 pandemic. I personally witnessed those girls having to put up with so many rude and crazy customers who refuse to wear masks and adhere to their store policies. People being downright nasty, offensive, and verbally abusive towards them. And they’re still nice and pleasant! Huge props to their store manager Sonya who’s an absolute angel and customer service champ! This is my favorite store and so blessed there’s such a great team working there doing their best and it really shows.

This is my favorite store to shop in person and online. Super friendly and amazing staff, great finds and they always have some sort of deal or sale happening. Staff is also very knowledgeable and so helpful answering questions.

Has all you can want for band merchandise bracelets t-shirts and jackets even had the blankets of some bands they had all the bands had to offer it seemed. If you want band merchandise definitely go here. They hire people who know about the bands and their merchandise great place to shop for sure.

The staff and management were very helpful and respectful. I am grateful they are upholding the mask mandate, which helps keep our community safe! Thanks for all you do, Hot Topic staff!

I love this place. Especially for my family that are massive Disney fans

This is one place to find the un-ordinary for both myself and for gifts. My son loves the selection of Disney items especially Stitch. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I buy stuff here for every birthday and Christmas!

Las Vegas local!:
This location was an absolute delight to visit. They had so much variety to choose from, which I haven't seen in a very long time. I haven't been in a Hot Topic for years because the locations in Vegas SUUUUUUUCK! Galleria HT is small with very little variety, Boulevard is awful, Meadows is huge but bland and stagnant. My husband and I came up to Spokane to visit family and this location reminded me why I shop Hot Topic. The staff is so friendly and attentive, everything is actually stocked, and they aren't overbearing. We didn't feel rushed while shopping. It's all amazing. I can't wait to visit Spokane again and see what's new.

Hottopic can get a bad wrap for not being "edgy enough" like it used to be but it is still awesome. I think the best part about it is it always has what is trendy/popular right now. If anyone is looking for gifts and don't know what young people like there is good chance you could find something here. If you did want some of there more "edgy" stuff they have plenty online and in store, it's just in the back of the store. It also feels like there are sales all the time which is cool! Recommend!

If you love Disney, Star Wars, Stranger Things...or well just about anything they probably have something related to it. I especially love the selection and prices of Disney clothes. They are usually better than the Disney Store or even Downtown Disney.

Staff was extremely helpful! The employee patiently listened to me describe (badly) what I was looking for, and he quickly located it for me! Overall, took maybe 10 minutes from walk-in to walk-out.
Definitely recommend this location!

Hot Topic is not punk rock. But its the next best thing. Fun nerdy clothing and accessories for the metalhead or pop culture fan in your life. Always something new and products that make you smile.
