I do not write many reviews but I was actively motivated to post one only for the great experience that I’ve had with United Furniture Club. I’m very impressed with the range of products that they have under one roof is immense and their service all above is par excellence. I got 2 items from this shop - a table and sofa which are really sturdy, stylish and great to use. Especially, I would like to mention the interaction I had with Hei and Nelson as they were very patient to explain and show around products and pricing. Will definitely recommend others for purchasing items especially for couple of reasons - trust and quality!

Fantastic! My husband's family has been getting their furniture here for years. The gentleman at the store provides outstanding service. We knew our desired dementions and colors for a sectional. When we didn't see what we were looking for he helped us special order exactly what we wanted for an unbeatable price. When we got home we discovered our measurements were incorrect! We quickly called the store. He switched out one of the sections with no charge for our mistake. Delivery is SO worth it. The guys came within the stated time frame and got it all set up. They were also very nice to my son who watched them build our beautiful new sectional.

We bought a need frame here. They are good value. Low price for a well constructed bed. They delivered the wrong bed but changed it out without a fuss as soon as I sent them my order and photos.

I finally splurged on some quality furniture. I bought a Flexsteel power reclining sofa and loveseat in fine grade leather. It was a lot of money but Nelson cut me a deal. The delivery was within the window and they even took away my old units. I have purchased from them in the past and will come here again when I need something else.
