Bethany was such a blessing and soooo nice! Our uhaul was clean, had all the equipment and Bethany hooked us up with what we needed! It was quick, easy, super friendly and professional 👌 I highly recommend them if you need a uhaul or storage unit!

I rented a uhaul this past weekend from bethany and she was more than helpful in every way possible! She had knowledge of every question i had and patiently walked me through the proccess … over all best customer service experience ive ever had!!!!

-NOVEL WARNING RANT STATUS 💯-

This is by far the the greatest overall storage facility in the area... Combining the convenience of a great location just off of the i5 exit and smokey point boulevard. (A little hidden though, so you know, the entrance is right across from the Medallion hotel.)
With that said the facility is well kept, Jasper comes through routinely for upkeep and maintenance 👏 always with a smile on his face and available to answer any questions you may have and or help with whatever your issue he has your tissue so to speak ,a broom to sweep! 😆
The manager Bethany is very helpful as well, maintaining active communication in regards to your account and lately with some of the upgrades going on letting us know the scoop. I have nothing but good things to say about her as well and know that that is a shared sentiment. Personally can vouch to the fact she has gone out of her way to help me outvwith stuff towards the end of the day she did not have to and most definitely compared with other facilities around where the management are kinda d¡[k$ like they didn't make it at the police academy, or at the mall cop shop.. orrr rent-a-cop shop and then denied by walmart security finally finding a job with some sense of power just to burn your toast and grind your gears because nobody picked them to be on their team in high-school... you know that old bit, but I digress and that's my 11cents you didnt ask for but the 2 cents wouldn't be complete without a shout out oh and definitely best priced around too, often with varrying move in specials depending on the size of the unit but per sqft it's definitely a great bang for your buck! What else?! Think that's it... 🤔 uhhh waaiit there's more! To the red head woman at the other location more often, (forgot your name sorry) I haven't interacted with as often, but also very nice and professional. Just the fact the staff seems happy is nice too, again not like so many other facilities where the staff appears to hate their life as much/ tied with their hatred for their job making you feel like you're bothering them or something. Yeah not here, only people I want hating their jobs and appearing miserable while doing it is traffic cops and meter maids. Not to name names buuut there's only a few other facilities within about 3 miles of here that meet that description 😄 sooo take it from me, a stranger on the internet... Glacier West be the Best! ✌ 👍 👌

I went to this storage place the other day recommended by a friend and a young lady named Bethany greeted me. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be renting a unit here in the near future.

Staff is very helpful. Carefully explaining thing clearly. Units are Clean, easy to find and access. They also rent U-Hawls trucks!

Jasper has always have great customer service always shown respect and that says a lot especially with storge employees because they are not so nice like he is and the rest of the employees as well highly recommended

Tenant service and respect are awesome. Staff are brilliant about listening and communicating the rules so all are on same page. Best for STORAGE!
