The Plaza Suites Hotel Silicon Valley

This hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice and helpful. It's my first time staying at this hotel and I was very impressed with the price and quality. The perks: descent hot continental breakfast, free first drink happy hour, pool and jacuzzi. They also have a small arcade for the kids. The room is spacious and has a living room area with a sofa bed. They give you plenty of pillows on the beds and it's very comfortable. I will definitely use this hotel again.

From the moment we got there everyone was super friendly and helpful. The 2 room suites (every room) are super clean, spacious, nicely decorated and comfy. The pool area is beautiful and was really fun for our family. We also ordered food from the restaurant with I would give a 3.5. The free Breakfast was awesome! 5/5. Great for the price, we would definitely come back.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. Room was spacious & clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast offered was very good, loved the outdoor seating that was available. Staff was excellent & extremely helpful. When in the area I definitely plan to stay there again!

Stayed here overnight and was completely satisfied with this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, well furnished and cozy. The free breakfast was the standard stuff but good. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary drink ticket for the lobby bar. Would recommend and I'm considering staying at plaza suites in my other travels.

I LOVE how it's kids friendly, the kids can't access the pool without the room key which is awesome because it protects kids from going in without parents, breakfast is amazing, room was awesome! Staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel and we'll definitely visit again when we hit the West coast! The room is nice, but the sofa and room can use a touch of update.

The easiest check in ever and great customer service. The place is very nicely done and though the suite was small/med, it was arranged very well. Free breakfast daily and a complimentary adult beverage nightly. Computers and printers available free of charge, nice sized pool, ample parking and close to the freeway and near the stadium. I visited the amazing Mountain Winery for a concert and this is where I stayed. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The room was clean and relaxing. I stayed on the fourth floor. I had a living room with a couch, chair, tables, desk and TV. It also had a king size bed. The staff was friendly. They used their shuttle to pick us up at the airport. For each night stay, I received a voucher for a free drink at the bar. The breakfast in the morning was good as well.

Great hotel. Nice modern restaurant and clean pool area. Decent breakfast. Complimentary evening drink. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Front desk and wait staff were excellent. Much cheaper than the embassy down the road. I've stayed at both... I'd pick this one hands down.

When's the last time you had a truly exceptional customer service experience? I just stayed here with my family of 6. The breakfast spread was the best at any hotel I've ever seen, and I've stayed at some good ones. We're talking waffles, French toast sticks, omelets, bacon, sausage, yogurt, cereal, pastries, fruit, potatoes, pretty much anything you could possibly want. The staff treated us like family, from the guy who checked us in (I believe his name was Jimmy), to the manager, Amy, who stopped by to introduce herself and check on how our stay was going. The food service was excellent (thank you Hannah), the wifi was fast, parking was super easy and convenient. Our room was very clean, neat and quiet with a nice view. We had a fridge, safe, and a microwave. The water pressure was very good, the bed was on the firmer side, which was great for my back. The kids slept on a pullout bed in one room. Not very comfortable for myself, but as a kid I would've killed to sleep on that on a family trip. Pool and hot tub looked very nice, but didn't go in this time. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and had some very good fried chicken and burgers. I'm not a drinker but the bar was very clean, nice atmosphere, lots of seating. Location is very much central to the silicon valley. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. I could see hwy 101 and Great America from my window yet the room was still very quiet and restful.

This is easily the best managed hotel I've ever visited. Not one thing I can think of to gripe about. The staff/management team worked together and left my family feeling good and wanting to return.

By far one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. The service is impecable. The amenities are outstanding and the breakfast buffet is amazing. I would give it 7 stars if I could. I'm still there now I didn't want to leave. I don't want to check out tomorrow. Can I just stay here all the time. They give you free drinks at the bar in the lobby.

It is an excellent place to stay! Our room was a spacious suite with every possible upgraded amenity. The staff texted and followed-up with any/all requests and checked in with us regularly via text. The breakfast is above and beyond any I've ever enjoyed with multiple hot & cold options. I highly recommend this hetel, especially for the business traveler.

Good Silicon Valley hotel. Spacious, clean and conveniently designed room. Like the separate sitting room with a big TV and windows. Love the separate bathroom vanities. Breakfast room is comfortable. Breakfast has a nice selections of hot food and fresh fruits. They had made to order omelette. But quite shocked at the bacon which is black and dried and was like that for the 3 days we stayed. They close the breakfast area at 9.30 am sharp. Reception staff were all courteous. Location was central to everything and close to San Jose Intl airport. I will sure return when I visit California again.

We've stayed here a few times now and consistently had good experiences. The price is reasonable and the amenities are what you'd expect. Lastly the breakfast buffet is much more then your standard continental fair.

I stayed at this hotel on Christmas Eve. Everything was very good; room was big enough for 3 people; beds was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was excellent. My booking was from Orbitz with everything prepaid. I don't understand why the hotel still charged $4.36 to my credit card. Maybe someone can answer me from their previous stay.

We were at the prime restaurant. The place is right in the lobby, seems nice but not the upscale type. I didn't expect much in the begging cause the broccoli was dry and sorta old but they are willing to take that back so we exchanged for something else. However, the steaks and the porkchop surprised us. It was really great on the taste. One additional thing I wanna give them a plus was that they used a paper straw instead of plastic.

Beautiful, modern hotel with comfortable rooms oriented to allow for privacy and seclusion as desired. The gym and pool facilities were immaculate, the breakfast tasty, and the drinks at the bar delicious. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The Plaza Suites in Santa Clara offered an amazing stay at a reasonable rate. The two room suite that included a fridge, microwave, TV and more was perfect. Staff was amazing and helpful, going above usual accommodations for guests. On top of the reasonable rates they offer a first drink on us coupon and $20 food credit to use each day. This is an amazing hotel, great for business travelers and vacationers alike.

Seriously exceeded my expectation the moment I walked into the lobby. This place needs 5 stars. The rooms are designed nicely, and for the price there was absolutely no beating it. Kuerug, marble counter tops, pool, hot tub, and free buffet breakfast, all for under 150.00 a night. I recommend this hotel line to everyone. My wife and I went with our kids and they even brought us a play pen for my one year old. 5 stars from me.

Amazing customer service! 1 free drink from 6 to 11. I liked the complimentary breakfast, including, eggs, fruit, breakfast meats, and choice of milk or Chocolate Milk!! Our room was an apartment too TV's a massive fridge.

Very kind people, the room is spacious neat and clean. Wifi is fast, the breakfast is decent. I loved the bar and they offered a drink. Definitely very good hotel, will visit again.
