Hyatt Centric Santa Clara Silicon Valley

I’m staying at the Hyatt now 01/06/2024-01/07/2024 and is thinking of any reason to come back. My family and I fell in love with the rooms and hotel period. I booked two rooms I asked for the rooms to be near each other my request was accommodated. I walked in staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms look just like the pictures lol I’ve stayed at hotels and let me tell you got there and it looked nothing like the pictures. Very close grocery stores, restaurants, shopping outlet fifteenth minutes away not to mention Levi Stadium is four minutes away and the 101 freeway is two minutes away. Location is perfect. Thank you to the Hyatt staff

Great experience.. what sucked for me was the location of the hotel and not having a complementary breakfast. If I’m spending that much for a room you should have a comp breakfast not one that charges you.. can’t argue about the service at all they were above and beyond with helping and accommodating

We were fortunate to be upgraded to a 2-room suite. It was spacious and well-appointed. We had breakfast in their restaurant. The server, Magdalena, was awesome. So cheerful and so attentive. The food was also excellent. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There are a number of good restaurants in the area. Right across the highway from the AMC theater and shopping mall.

Exceptionally good service from every staff we encountered during our visit. Receptionists at the front desk, waiters in the restaurant, room service -- everyone seemed genuinely happy we were there. The hotel is nearly new and everything worked perfectly. Interesting decoration in the rooms. Very clean with no unpleasant smells. One of our favorite hotels. Wish I could give it more than five stars.

This is my first stay at this hotel. I've stayed at the Hyatt House in Cupertino for an extended amount of time earlier this year and used my Hyatt rewards points to book this stay because the Hyatt house wasn't available. The room is very nice and spacious and quiet. Beds are comfy, pillows need to be changed however. Staff was very nice.

Specifically on the bar downstairs.

The food is great and the 4:30-6p happy hour is a very nice! Haha. Excited for the summer to see what they do at their pool.

I pop by every so often on the Tuesdays they have live music. It's a cool vibe with their guests hanging out before they travel back home. It's tough to find live music and a Tuesday is odd but I assume it follows their occupancy.

Sometimes it gets busy but normally it's a great pace.

Hidden gem in Santa Clara.

We had an excellent stay here in June. The lobby and pool area were beautiful and had plenty of seating options. The front desk staff was welcoming and our service for breakfast was good although they seemed very busy. The rooms were also nicely designed and everything worked. Our rooms facing the pool were quiet. We look forward to coming back next time!

Just stayed a night here this week. Hotel is brand new. Lobby is beautiful. Felt appreciated as a Hyatt Globalist - received free breakfast, complementary water, free parking. Suites are nice here and TVs are huge. Bathrooms are a bit small/tight compared to rest of the room/suite. One issue for breakfast is that they don’t take phone order for pickup for the room so you have to order in person even if it’s to bring back to your room.

Rooms are good! But the breakfast is not included in the package.. even though it was mentioned it is part of it while booking the room..

My stay here was from 5/24 to 5/25.

Staff: Everyone that served me was very professional, kind and prompt. Victoria was one that checked me in and out. She was very kind and professional especially. When she checked me in, she had a small issue with the key card machine, so instead of me standing there waiting for her to fix it, she without skipping a beat, personally escorted me to my room so I can settle in while she gets my card key. Luckily it wasn’t a long wait as it started working a few minutes after. I appreciated her hospitality and sense of urgency.

My room was on the 5th floor and was great actually. Everything worked and it had some nice designs. I was actually noting some ideas down for my home. I had a good night sleep as it was quiet and no issues.

The food wasn’t God seeing but it wasn’t horrible. It was satisfactory enough that if you decided to stay in to eat, it wasn’t regrettable.

Overall my experience was great and I will be back when my business takes me back this way again. Thank you staff.

Wouldn't let me use our Hyatt membership number because it's in my wife's name even though we both pay for it. Simply stupid.

I am currently staying here for a few nights and this hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large, suites actually, and have comfortable and modern furnishings. The check-in staff was easy and made you feel welcome. I was greeted and presented with various options for rooms, so that was nice. The lobby is inviting and there is a bookcase that deserves selfies. There is a market on-site, pool, hot tub and gym amenities. Inside are two Peloton bikes as well. The rooms themselves are equipped with all of the things I appreciate, like outlets on each side of the bed, large TVs with ample stations, great air conditioning and comfy beds. The hotel caters to business travelers, but families would like it here as well. Overall, the staff makes this hotel a top pick in Silicon Valley.

Love this hotel. Especially the 1 bedroom suite. Presidential suite has a separate bathtub and shower. Awesome place for some R&R. Location near Marcado shipping center in Santa Clara, California.

Beautiful NEW hotel, all rooms are suites. I love the outdoor pool area and huge bar with multiple screens to watch games. The hotel features live music on select nights and game days. Front desk team is helpful.

Brand new great huge rooms, great staff always attentive and happy to help, nicely located, free parking on site. There was some continuous wind or airflow noise in the corner room facing the pool. The previous room facing the parking lot was quieter but I had to change due to a clogged sink, the staff helped out immediately even offering an upgrade.

Room smallish, but nice. Nice gym, and if you go in the afternoon or evening you have a good chance of having the gym to yourself. I get that it was a busy weekend, but the size of the room did not jive with the cost of the room. I don't mind premium prices for the kiddos because the place was clean, but...

I stay in this hotel and was a great experience. Homes are great and the atmosfera as well as location. But the mainly reason I will come back is because of Victoria. She is great. Kind, help me in any given situation and make me feel at home. Congratulation Hyatt for having such a wonderful professional.

Very, very clean, good location and service. The food could be better because of the price.

First time visit and stay at the new centric Santa Clara.
I need too insure due cudos credits too the front desk associate/manager Tracey. He was able too abligde a little extra time when extra time was only a wished thought on my side.
