Been with Kaiser for 8 years now. Great care and service so far.

Very impressive grounds. Lots of shaded benches in quiet courtyards. Helpful signage and easy parking due to the digital parking lot signs. They tell you which lots are full and how many slots in each other lots. Yay, useful technology!

Went in for prescription for sister. They required a mandatory consult. Thought that's weird. Turns out, the ear drops are used for eyes AND ears and Pharmacist wanted to make sure that I understood I was getting the correct medication. Also had the opportunity to ask if it would be ok to apply heat to the ear. He said I should ask the doctor, but he wouldn't recommend it. Glad I asked!

I have a rare medical condition and the outpatient surgery department took very good care of me, making the accommodations I needed to be safe during surgery. Amazing job.

Great place to be when your child is in alot of pain ,she giving thumbs up for good service

They were nice. X-rays were fast. Came in the morning.

Great optical department and Doctors.

Like the way they do business if you work with them!

All things considered: the good, the bad, and the in between; Kaiser is a pretty good place to go for Healthcare (IMHO)

Great if you're relatively healthy with economies of scale. But you have to be be your own advocate.

Waiting 2 hours 45 minutes to get the Covid vaccine.
Need to improve: have people organize and lead people the right entrances to the conference room. If there’s à estimation for how many people can take in a day would be better than refusing people who waited more than 2+ hours. There was a long line after me who can’t take vaccine today and waited more than 2 hours. They need someone from Kaiser to say sorry to them.
The person who made the decision to change Kaiser insurance policy from getting vaccine from other pharmacy like walgreen or even other city like Milpitas should prepare a good supporting plan and not let people lost faith in the organizing skill.

I was lucky and should say thanks to those nurses who work 30 minutes longer than planned. Appreciate your patience and kindness. The stars are for them.

Kaiser is good for one-stop shop. But that one star ends there.
When you need help with your medical care, they’re nowhere to be found, hiding behind their short-staff excuse. You kind of have to consider why they get the most strike.
Kaiser - doesn’t consider expanding. Or hiring more employees. Too much for them to pay. But where are their finances going?
Without enough staffing, their patients are left to take care of themselves. So, why are we paying for Kaiser services?
Here’s My take… 20 hours after getting admitted at a non-Kaiser ED, we’re still waiting for an “open bed” to admit an immediate family member at a Kaiser facility.
I’ve spoken to a case manager, and nothing. I don’t know why Kaiser just doesn’t want to do their job and provide the care they’re getting paid for.

This is probably more than a rant than a review. I did the review of 1-star, and this is why. That one star is for their bottomless cop-out on services.

Please don’t ever get sick because if u do and u go emergency don’t care if u are dying or can’t handle the pain tuff it up because u have to wait around 3 to 4 hours so hopefully u don’t get sick this Kaiser is not there to help u when u need

Good physical health care, completely understaffed with mental health care professionals. Can't offer therapy, not even online courses, to burnout patients. Only unsupervised happy pills.
