Adam and his crew were great to work with. We recently bought a home which needed a new roof. I reached out to multiple roofing companies but one thing that stood out was that Adam was very responsive, guided me well over the phone, what needs to be done right away and what cane wait and gave a competitive bid. In 3-4 days they were done with putting a new roof. I also got a sun tunnel installed through them and they did a great job finding the most aprpropriate spot. Hired Adam and company to do a silicone coating on a 6000+ flat roof on a commercial office property. Took some time to figure out, but it turned out some birds were pecking at the coating for nesting materials! You can imagine when we were still in the dark how we were all frustrated! Even the manufacturer - which gives a 20 year warranty - were frustrated too.

Eventually however, Adam was able to get the manufacturer together with me to dig to the bottom of the issues and came up with a resolution. In the mean time, unrelated to the roof, we had a leak from one of our screen walls and from an old improperly installed HVAC. And Adam helped diagnose and repair some of those issues - too ... and without charging extra.

What I like most about working with West Coast Roofing is that it's a true family owned business. Adam treats his employees well. He takes pride in his work. And while like all contractors, he often has to juggle multiple demands from multiple clients ... all on a tight time line - in the end, if you have a problem, he will listen, and he will treat you right. I will definitely hire him again.
