I had the pleasure of being assisted by Shanice at the Verizon store. Despite being new, Shanice’s service was exceptional. She greeted me warmly, patiently explained options, and helped me find the perfect plan and device. Her friendly demeanor made the experience enjoyable which was shocking because I’ve never had a good experience at a phone store before!!

Daniella was very welcoming and I felt comfortable as she helped me. She provided superior customer service. I got what I needed in under 10 minutes. She was very understanding and patient with me. Daniella has been my best experience in a Verizon store and I have been with this phone service for over 25 years ! Great job Verizon for the team at Santa Clara el Camino and Daniella !

I see that this place got a few low reviews , but the guy I was working with made it really easy for me to get and setup a new phone. It is a small place but it is busy.

I would like thank Carlos for helping me with all my questions. I came in to see about upgrading my internet to 5G. And Carlos was on his tablet looking up the best options. In addition I inquired about the LifeLine/ACP programs through Verizon and Carlos kindly directed me to the SafeLink site. Thanks again for your help

We worked with TJ during our initial encounter on Black Friday - which btw, this Verizon store handled incredibly well - and then followed up a few weeks later for a bill we had some confusion on. TJ explained everything so clearly and thoroughly to us! Thank you! Great staff as well.

Excellent customer service! My agent is always Roger, and he always goes above and beyond to make sure his clients are helped sufficiently and timely. Customer support has been a great help for me so far with any inquiry I have, I honestly have no complaints!

5 Stars. OUTSTANDING. I was assisted by Pam and TJ at Verizon Santa Clara. I was so upset that my new Samsung Z Fold had malfunctioned in only just under a year, but Pam and TJ did an outstanding Job and got my replacement set up very quickly exhibiting excellent service. They saved the day and they are the reason I've been with Verizon for more than 10 Years.

One of the better service providers. Their staff were easy to get along with and helpful. I felt bad coming in end of the day and keeping their staff around an extra 20 min but they were totally okay with it and helpful. Great service!! The

I was in a rush, so I called ahead, talked to Christian, explained what I needed (a super-cheap replacement phone for my child) and made sure it was in stock.

Their "door greeters" can be a little off-putting,put since I had called ahead and had a name, he told me to wait, talked to Christian and then Christian had me set-up with a new phone in about 10-15 minutes. AWESOME! Just what I needed!

I definitely recommend calling ahead, perhaps making an appointment and being clear on any time-constraints you might have so you can tell up-front if it will be an issue or not. The 1st time I came- needing to purchase and set-up accounts for the whole family, it took FOREVER.

The team is friendly and helpful. I went on a weekday and there was no waiting. They have most current phones on display. I picked up a Google pixel 2 xl. Setup was quick and I was out with my new phone in a few minutes.

I'm technically behind and these guys helped me with my computer and phone. They are friendly and fun. Although you may wait at peak times it's not as bad as the bigger stores.

I was very pleased with the service and attention I was given. I was getting a new phone for my mother who is older and not very adept with any mobile device. Lauren worked hard to make us happy. We finally got to the end of an hour + deciding on a phone and a tablet for me when we realized we were not eligible yet for any phone for an early upgrade.....only specific models.....I was frustrated that verizon had given me an unclear message when I had checked the day before....we were going to leave when Lauren took the initiative to speak to the manager and they made it work.....not a the full discount we expected from Verizon, but they did make us happy and did what they could!
I have always found this location to be very good every time I have been here. Go to this verizon store location if in doubt.....!

I am a late wireless bloomer and have had the most blissful experience with Kathy De Gouveia who was able to answer many of my questions and help me find the best deal. Kathy is the quintessential sales representative. She is knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and extremely consistent with these sentient traits.
As a miser who always looks for the better deals, she was able to help me find what was in my budget and accommodate me exceptionally well.
I am now on a family plan, am loving my smart phone ( Samsung galaxy 3s) and am so happy that I have such an understanding Verizon representative that can assist me and my family.
I highly recommend this location and Kathy.

I used to at&t, T-mobile before Verizon. They are more good price than Verizon but not good signal at our home. After I took Verizon plan, it's signal better at our home. And I really don't like rivermark Verizon (they are really rude- to all costumer), but here was good. Staff are helpful. Specially Yousuf is really kind and helpful. Verizon should give reward for good employees.

After spending about three hours on Verizon's online chat trying to activate a new phone, Diana activated it in less than 10 minutes.

This place has amazing service and nice and kind employees because when I went there a pretty and cute little girl helped me out and a nice black guy helped me out by getting rid of the unwanted ads that started popping up on my phone!!!!!!!!!

Amazing customer service I come from T Mobile been with them six years finally decided to move on never been so welcome and appreciated and customer service or bringing my business over to Verizonn. Highly recommend the store for great customer service and knowing her stuff right off the back great job Management.. thanks

Shingo is the manager of the Santa Clara store. He bent over backwards to fix my problem. My HTC Rezound buttons were not working. They checked it out and said they would replace the phone, no charge under warranty. I got the phone, but it would not recognize the sim card. Back to the store. They checked it out, still didn't work. Shingo gave me the option of getting another Rezound, or getting a reburbished HTC Incredible 4G. I picked the Incredible. It arrived only two days later and works perfectly. To do this replacement twice is not the company policy. Shingo gave me amazing service to make it right. I am totally satisfied.
