Encinal Park

This is a small but well maintained nice park in Sunnyvale. Convienient for many nearby apartment complexes for exercise, evening walks or just chilling out. The park has 2 tennis cours, a basketball and volleyball court and a baseball diamond. There's also kid's playgroung and small enclosed area for toddlers to play aroung. In addition there's mini open gym, barbeque pits, and tables to enjoy bbq parties. I have seen small bbq parties, gender reveal parties and small gatherings held here. Since there's huge Indian community living in nearby, you can see lots of Indian grandparents with their grandkids and moms with their kids. Around noon you can see many eating their lunches or relaxing, some bring their dogs to play around.

The restroom is convenient for people visiting as well as for delivery drivers although it was jot so clean when I visited it. The parking is bit tricky as it’s only street parking and it gets filled up quickly in the evening. When I lived nearby I used to come here daily for a nice walk as the green lawns are really beautiful to walk on.

Beautiful, clean, and peaceful neighborhood park. Has 2 playgrounds, one of them is gated. Has many workout spots, and a good walking loop. Tennis courts and basketball courts on site too. Picnic areas available first come.

Lavish park to play team games with fitness equipment spread all around, tennis, basketball courts. It has a stone paved road circling the park with some up and down slopes making for a great track to learn and ride 🚲 it has 2 playground for toddlers and kids with good equipment in limited space.

Lovely park. Peaceful and quiet to stroll around. Nice place for kids to play too. Not too crowded over weekends.

This park I have been to only a couple of times but it is quickly becoming one of my favorites. I really like the location of the park, it is nestled between some tech businesses and a nice neighborhood. I really like the walking path they have, huge open field, restrooms, plenty of picnic tables, a nice basketball court away from the street and a tennis court as well. They have two play structures, one gated for tiny totts and a regular play structure for older kids. They do have public restrooms as well. The park is well maintained and dog friendly.

Volleyball, basketball, tennis, jogging, kids play area, greenery and clean restroom in a safe location.

Basketball practice ground,Volleyball ball court and double tennis court as well as athletics practice field are here for game lovers.
A beautiful walking zone for older people and kids also playing sufficient instruments and spaces.
Dining facilities are here for families to holidays picnic.
Cleaning essential is excellent.

Beautiful park, with a walking / running trail. Absolutely bliss for an early morning walk and run. It is very well maintained and a very safe place for families and kids to play. Love going there everyday.

Encinal park is a small and cute little park. It has 2 tennis courts, and a sand volleyball field,a baseball field along with a nice grassy field. The courts have lights, but I've never played in the lights there, so not sure how good the lighting is.

There's a fairly popular sidewalk around the whole park that people often use in the evenings. It's a perfect place to visit with family or friends to relax and enjoy.

Great, beautiful park with gorgeous trees and lawns. We have been living nearby for six years and never got bored with it. My kids love the two playgrounds, and we love to exercise there. It has sports equipment and a nice circular running path.

This place is a "GEM" with a sand court, baseball court, tennis court and a basketball court. You don't often see this place crowded or people waiting lines for the courts. May be its because the park is slightly interior and there is only one way to reach it. I just love the lush green field surrounded by trees. The park also offers grills and party area with cement benches and tables which makes it a fun filled family park. And hey, the park also has 2 play areas for kids!

Beautiful park with exercise stations, 2 tennis courts, half basketball court, baseball field, sand volleyball, and walking loop. Places to grill and have family outings or just a stroll. Lots of street parking. Big open area for activities. Always lots of people on the weekends for a community feel.

I love the pull up bars and declined ab boards. The pull up bars are slightly thicker than standard. They also have well lit tennis and volleyball courts. I was there until 7:40 PM.

So many activities in this park, 2 small park for kids. Baseball field, big enough to people to play volleyball along with them. 2 Tennis courts, 1 beach volley ball court. BBQ area, 2 places. This is just a beautiful park. I am living around this place only because of the park.

This is just outside of my current apartment in Sunnyvale. I go there everyday at least once. Sometimes I play football or cricket in short pitch. Sometimes, pretend to play volleyball and to sprint. But the shades around this small activity joint is the best place for me during the sleepless, high nights.
